If you have a time, change your reservation ASAP
※ I’m NOT recommend to you this hotel !! ※ I was quite disappointed at the level of customer service that was provided at this hotel. Firstly, Room was different with uploded pictures. Secondly, Hotel employees are not communication each other. They are not sharing informations. And before I arrived this hotel, I texted message. But they didn’t answer. So I needed to my local friend’s helps. (Also they can’t speak another language include english.) Thirdly, Daytime employees were really unkind. (Nighttime were kind.) They blamed me for their mistake(they have problem with they didn’t communicate). It was clearly there problem. I don’t care about the money, I only care about the employees attitude. I don’t want to ruin your travel. ※ If you have a time, change your reservation as soon as possible. ※

Selçuk Bey Merhaba; Rezervasyon yaptığınız gün biz sistemi kapatırken maalesef rezervasyonunuz bize düştü. Size bu olayı anlatmaya çalıştık fakat siz bizi dinlemek istemediniz. Ayrıca paranızı biz çekmedik. Size de anlattığımız üzere, expedia kanalı ile ödeme yapmışsınız. Expedia ödemeyi aldıktan sonra bize sanal kart yollar biz de burdan oda ücretinin çekimini yaparız. Biz ogün o karttan çekim yapmadık. Ayrıca expedia'yı ararsanız paranızın size iade olacağı bilgisini de verdik. Aslmadığımız bir parayı bizden ısrarla talep ettiniz. Ayrıca size elimizden gelenin fazlasıya yardımcı olduğumuzu düşünüyoruz. Saygılarımızla Onyx Business Hotel

Odaların kullanım alanı gayet fonksiyonel. Bulunduğu konum güzel. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz.. onun dışında temiz ve güzel bir otel

(-) Although it was a double room, second towel and slipper were not placed. Motion sensor inside room is not a good idea. Nobody wants a strong spotlight flashing automatically middle of the night while going to bathroom (+) Personnel is warm, location is outstanding
