The pool area lacked a proper ventilation system. It got very chlorinated with all the kids in the pool to the point where the kids were coughing uncontrollably. But overall it was a nice stay.

The property is in process of remodeling. I was not aware the pool area was not working. I was extremely disappointed with that. Also, the coffee machine did not work in the room. Other than these two issues, the room was VERY nice. Clean and smelled clean. I will come here again.

It's the best hotel in Antigo, WI. They're remodeling right now, which is sort of an inconvenience, but when it's done, it's going to be even more amazing.

Best Hotel in town in my opinion. Very convenient and safe area with well-lit parking area. Only negative is the automatic door-close devices on every guest room door that can make it difficult to sleep with all the door slamming every time someone comes or goes from another room on your floor.

Loved everything check-in, staff restaurant dining suggestions, breakfast was excellent. Only downside was this…we were there for a funeral and we wish we could’ve checked out an hour or two later after the church service is over so that we can freshen up before checking out right now.

We had to leave our card number on a piece of paper at check in cuz computer was not working, very stagnant smell in the room for three days, beds were Horrible! Tv did not work like it was supposex to, furniture looked very dated.

Enjoyed the switch
Our stay was relaxing and quiet. We usually stay at another local hotel but decided to try this year for our annual family trip. Great customer service by the front desk. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and had to call for maintenance twice to have it repaired. Maintenance person was excellent, personable and knowledgeable and came right away, no delays. We are definitely going to be coming back here for our annual trip to stay. Room and Hotel is clean, neat. Even while doing exterior upgrades you really didn't notice. Interior of the room was modern and bright. Thank you for a great weekend stay in Antigo!

The bathroom fixtures could certainly use an upgrade especially the shower fixtures and water out put. The toilet was the lowest I’ve ever seen

The room was very nice! We stayed in a double queen suite (rm 122) only issue I experienced was the shower diverter was not functioning properly and, water would come out of the faucet when the shower in operation. Nothing to crazy at all. Staff was awesome and the breakfast was great!
