We made a significant effort to offer our guests comfortable rooms and environments, furnished with the highest quality materials, and decorated with the artistic creativity of Chicco Margaroli, one of the most important artists in Aosta Valley.We are sorry that even our breakfast service was not to your liking. We already offer a varied assortment of sweet and savoury products in our buffet, but with your valuable suggestions we can surely make it even richer.We work daily with great passion to offer our guests a pleasant, peaceful, and positive environment. Their satisfaction and happiness are our greatest reward, as you can read from the various reviews. For this reason, we are sorry for the behaviour you engaged in during your stay, so disrespectful towards other guests, many of whom complained, and for our staff too. We truly believe that the fact you did not capture the spirit of our hotel should not have entitled you to raise your voice in the common areas nor to punch our poor elevator.
