Perfect for skiing and great after ski. After ski closes by 6pm. Sauna and Hot tub is a great way to relax after a day in the slopes. Funicular goes from hotel to town every 20min.

Perfekta dagar på trevligt hotell. God frukost, perfekt läge i backen och så bra att man kunde boka egen badtunna

Jättefint hotell
Jättefint hotell. Lugn och skönt för att det är låg säsong. Fräscht överallt, men lite dåligt städat på rummet. Damm under hyllorna på sängen, en (oanvänd) topps och en tablettask bakom gardinen. Men som sagt ett toppenhotell för oss och våran hund. Han fick ett ben som de på hotellet lagt in på rummet. Liten men ok frukost.

Lågsäsongsboendet dunkar dåligt.
Då det var lågsäsong var inte receptionen bemannad och incheckningen funkade inte alls. Den reducerade frukosten började för sent för dom som jobbar och behöver komma iväg.

Hej Erkki,Vad tråkigt att du inte fick din drink som önskat. Är det väldigt lite folk i baren så stänger den samtidigt som restaurangen vid 21. Men vin och öl finns att köpa fram till kl 02.00.Jag hoppas att du hade en mysig vistelse här trots allt.Vänligen, FridaHotellchef

The nicest place in Åre
Fjällgården is an amazing hotel in Åre with the best location possible in the middle of the slope - full ski-in/ski-out, but also accessible by car, taxi or the legendary Åre funicular. Many of the rooms have great views of the mountain and the valley and if you then ad one of the best after-skis, nice classic alpine cuisine and a very cozy atmosphere overall this is the perfect mountain lodging in Åre!

Lovely stay
Location is fantastic - very easy access to town using the free train or a 15-20 minute walk. All staff were lovely and helpful. Great breakfast. Only downside is that the rooms are dated but given what we paid for the room we would definitely stay again. Bathtub and sauna a big plus!
