“We booked two rooms and had a good time here, even though the weather wasn't that nice. We couldn't get to try the swimming pool but we had much fun using the Hot Spring Spa inside the rooms. The hotel is not far from some restaurant and shops and it's perfect for a short walk! The staffs were very nice and were willing to help out. Breakfast was good. We will recommend friends and families the Fuli Hot Speing Hotel for sure!”

“Staff are helpful and polite. Stayed in room with lake view and it was quiet and peaceful (on Friday night). Breakfast variety is plenty too. Hotel provided complimentary fireflies watching as it happened to be fireflies mating season. It’s just a short walk to get public bus to Taichung HSR station and catching ferry at pier. There’s free 2 hours bicycle rental. If you are there on non peak season, they can allow u to use it for a couple hours. ”

“On the same street as Wyndham Sun Moon Lake, but cost 10x less. Good for 1-2nights stay. Clean place with private, lockable cabins, and very near the ITA Thao shopping street and pier. You can walk along the lake to the cable car station and the Nine Frogs Stack 九蛙疊像. Even though the opening hours of some food stores are quite unpredictable, there are plenty of options and two convenience stores around.”

Good hotel
"This is a cool boutique hotel beautifully decorated throughout and rooms are fitted out with hip, minimalist-industrial fixtures and furnishings, including in the bathroom which has a Japanese (bidet) toilet. The bed is very comfortable. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town near restaurants, markets, shops and not far from the central train station. What I didn't like and found strange was that they asked me to pay in cash. When I asked why they said they didn't have the equipment to take cards. I didn't inquire whether this was a temporary or permanent situation. After paying I asked for a receipt and at first they said they couldnt provide one and repeated this, but I had just handed over cash so I insisted they give me something saying I had paid and at that point the manager came out and printed something out for me. So aside from this funny cash nonsense, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "
