“This was an absolutely fantastic spot. We had great communication from the owner, excellent location (you have no neighbors to worry about, just trains) and a spectacular unit. You will hear trains, that is an unavoidable truth. I would take the train noise any day if it meant staying here again. As far as I’m concerned this is the standard I’ll be weighing my future accommodations against, end of story.”

“The location was good for us as we went to the Grand Canyon 1 day and spent 1 day in Flagstaff. The other days we drove to Sedona to hike. The drive is beautiful but about an hour to most trail heads. Condo is very quiet. It was advertised to have a hot tub but it does not.”

“Condo was small but big enough for wife and me. Only problem we had was the grill electric cord was missing. Management ordered a replacement but probably came after we left. Overall a very nice condo and well appointed.”

“Nice little cozy cabin with lots of amenities. It was only 2 of us but it slept 6 for being small. It had all the kitchen utensils, dished, pots, and pans. There was a little hangout area/deck on top. Hate that we were so busy running around the state parks, that we didnt get time to enjoy it as much aa we could have. ”
