Un gran hotel: habitaciones con diseño, nuevas. Todo funciona bien. Las dos personas encargadas de atender a los huéspedes muy amables y listos a ayudar siempre.

Excellent new place, very friendly staff that made sure my stay was a good one with very good english and suggestions in town. Very close to the train station and right in the old town about two minutes walk to the Arles Amphitheatre and walkable to wherever you wish to visit there. There is a lot to see in Arles, and a great old town to wander in, so it is better to spend a couple nights, rather than a quick day trip or as part of a tour. All services were not fully up and running yet, but will be for the summer season. In the winter though, wear thick socks or slippers as the concrete floors can be cold.

A slice of heaven.
There is lots of noise in the square affecting all the businesses there but when the work is done it will continue to be a slice of heaven. Wonderful Leo will be leading the choir! I will definitely return.

The staff was excellent. The hotel is very designed and it is for a particular taste. Our shower had no door separating it from the bedroom...by design. But the location is lovely and the people are very kind.

A modern, brightly colored & well-located hotel, this place sprang from an older building & stepped into the 21st century with a bang. Warm provencal yellows, oranges & reds exude sunny southern France. Upbeat & friendly hosts add to the charm. Site has bar & summer only restaurant on the ground floor. Steps from arena, ancient theater, train & bus stations, museums, dining & shopping.

Surprising modern hotel in the heart of old Arles!
The Hotel Present is located in the old city of Arles, but has a modern, almost art deco interior! Guillaume-the host- is fantastic and knowledgeable about things to do. The hotel is v eco friendly and has a well stocked bar!

The check in system is very well done, the staff were very very helpful, especially when we almost missed the check in! Very clean place and quite alive at the weekend. The wine selection in the rooms looked very good as well if wine is your thing. Would recommend very highly.

Fint hotell beläget mitt i stan. Enda minus var att vi fick rum på bottenvåningen, där även restaurangen låg. Väldigt lyhört vilket gjorde att man hörde springer till toaletten som låg precis intill.
