Bueno pero no Excelente
La atención por parte de el personal del hotel es buena, en el bar de la alberca las chicas son súper atentas y amables, El hotel parece un poco viejo, se encuentra en condiciones que deberían de darle un poco más de mantenimiento, La playa es gratis pero el uso de camastros va desde los 80 euros por un par de ellos al frente Del Mar , el club de playa es privado y se necesita reservar con semanas de anticipación , más atención al baño que está muy viejo las manillas rotas!

Descubriendo Cerdeña
En general la estadia en el hotel fue muy confortable y el lugar donde esta ubicado excelente. Cerdeña es un lugar paradisiaco. La observacion que hariamos es que el hotel no tiene servicio de playa, por lo que hay que abonar las sombrillas y reposeras. Salvo ese detalle nos sentimos muy bien durante nuestra estadia.

Fueron días hermosos. La crítica que se le puede hacer es que no te proporcionan ni sombrillas ni reposeras en la playa y que además no tienen buen servicio de comunicación respecto de los lugares que se pueden visitar y que está mal señalizado y oscuro para poder llegar al hotel

Hotel precioso, pero con cosas a mejorar
El hotel es muy bonito y los alrededores y vistas preciosas, sobretodo si tienes una habitación con vistas al mar como fue nuestro caso. La cala que tiene el hotel debajo es de las más bonitas de la zona. Aunque no se os ocurra cojer hamacas y sombrilla ya que no pertenecen al hotel ( aunque lo parezca ) ya que nos cobraron 25€. Datos muy negativos: De los 7 días que estuvimos no pudimos ni un sólo día,poder desayunar sin miedo a que nos picasen "ABEJAS" dentro del restaurante. Habían muchísimas !!! En varias ocasiones vimos como les picaron a otros huéspedes que estaban en mesas al lado nuestro. Y lo pasaron muy mal con las picadas!!! Otro inconveniente es que cada día a las 8.30h de la mañana, las mujeres de la limpieza te despertaban del ruido que hacían en los pasillos con los carros y hablando.

Property has easy access to the beach and a nice pool. Room and bathroom were a nice size, but the amenities were not luxury. The mattress was cheap, rock hard and very uncomfortable. Very dorm room like. Hotel is quite shabby, including in the lobby. Unpleasant smells around every corner. Desperately in need of refurbishing. Staff was abrupt and rude. Watch out for hidden charges. Definitely won’t be back.

Schönes Hotel, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber an einer wunderschönen Aussichtslage. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

No es un hotel 4 estrellas
El hotel es viejo, con pocas comodidades, la ducha es chica, el cuarto no tiene pava eléctrica ni frigobar. El desayuno es básico. No tiene ascensor. El personal es bastante rudo en su trato con los huéspedes. No volveríamos.

The first night we arrived late and were rushed into the check in by a rude receptionist to a room that smelled sooo bad and had black water come out of the sink, the next day we told them about it and they changed our room with the excuse “ yes some of our room locations have smells” The new room had no smell but had construction in the hallway so we woke up early disturbed by workers being so loud. Overall it was a terrible experience and this hotel seems nice online but a total disappointment in person

Extra charges not specified
They charge extra for the use of sun lounge chairs and umbrellas. These were included as services offered by the hotel but never specified that had an extra cost nor that were free. The hotel should be more clear since it is an important fee you have to pay per day.

Good value hotel close to some lovely beaches
Comfortable hotel with a nice pool and close to some of the nicest beaches on the Costa Smeralda. Not the most luxurious hotel, but well kept with a high standard of cleanliness and pleasant, helpful staff.

Hôtel charmant pour un séjour en famille
Nous y avons séjourné une nuit. La chambre est relativement grande. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel très sympathique. Nous avons également déjeuner au bar situé aux abords de la piscine. Tout était parfait. A 10 mn environ du centre ville.

Old hotel with poor maintenance. Not recommended
This hotel is overpriced. It was outdated and old. The first room we got smelled like moldue. The air condition was old and we could see moldue in the ventilator. We asked for a new room and got one. So that was good. However this room was still old and poor and the madrass had clear stains from beeing wet (mold stains). Glad we only had one night. Would not re-visit.

So and so hotel
Overall a bit of a hit and miss in terms of service and a bit offside location in a gated community for jetsetters. Rent a car as walking to the few nereby restaurants is not safe, lacking pedestrian crossings The food in the restaurant is mostly good, however be sure to reserve a table as they most of the time do not accept "walk-ins". Food wise they try too hard (ie fine dining) and don't execute it well enough, more rustic choices a'la carte would be better. Our check-in experience was poor. We literally got zero info about the hotel, breakfast times, pool/beachtowels etc (had to discover everything ourselves + no info pamphlet in the room) Pros: - Near sandy beach - Good WiFi - Great pastas in the restaurant - Free beachtowels - Good breakfast - Baby cots - Clean Cons: - 50% bad service and 50% good service - Inflexible approach and not customer focused mindset with quite a few of the staff. - A bit worn down hotel - Not the best-price value - A bit off - Surrounding area is a gated community = not much to see. - Long and not safe walk to Porto Cervo (35 min) - Not many good restaurants nearby - Set menu in the rest (2 choices of starters, primo, second and desserts) - Real problem with Wasps Do not really recommend it, but neither fulyy discourage staying there. It is a 6 out of 10

L’hotel ha delle potenzialità immense: posizione, dimensioni, struttura… ma ha urgentissimo bisogno di un serio restyling. È tutto molto datato. Dalla vasca con anta in pvc per adeguarla a doccia in camera; alla pavimentazione, alle lampadine, impianto elettrico e rubinetteria… alla plastica onnipresente nell’hotellerie. Anche la colazione andrebbe seriamente rivista. Il personale invece è davvero molto gentile e i ragazzi lavorano sodo e seriamente!! Complimenti!! Non posso dire che non sia un 4 stelle, ma un 4 stelle di 35 anni fa!

Beautiful location on the beach.
We had a great stay at the Grand hotel. Our room was spacious with beautiful sea views, nice balcony. The A/C and wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was a buffet, it was good and the variety of fresh fruits was really appreciated. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated (shower, bathroom, …) like many hotels in Italy but this hotel as a top location with a nice garden, pool area, and access to the beach & the beach bar.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht aus Meer

The Grand Hotel renigged on our reservation and sent us to Colonna Hotel and Sporting Club. It was a major step-down. so far from the beach that we didn't try to make the long walk because they could not provide accurate directions. No wifi ib room. Rooms were tiny and uncomfortable.

Not worth the price
A 3 star hotel for the price of a 5 star. Pool bar service erratic with the manager showing preference for some clients. Sunbeds and umbrella at an additional cost of 35 EUR and not even on the beach. Outdated bathroom with traces of rust and clogged sink.
