Estancia agradable
Las instalaciones comunes del hotel y su localización estaban muy bien. De hecho, se puede acceder desde el mismo hotel hasta una zona de hamacas y la playa. Sin embargo, he de decir que no me pareció un hotel de 5 estrellas, sino más bien uno de 4 estrellas para conferencias y reuniones (gran cantidad de salones para eventos). En general, bastante bien, cerca del aeropuerto y no muy lejos de Atenas si se dispone de vehículo.

Good and confortable hotel
Rooms are good and confortable, the recetion was very helfull and effective. But I think they are a bit todo expensive when you ask for any extra, as a taxi.

Estábamos a 39 grados celcius y el aire acondicionado del cuarto no servía avisé a recepción como 4 veces y hasta q me hicieron caso subió el técnico y no le hizo nada al aire volví a ir a recepción y la manager sencillamente me dijo el aire no sirve y no podemos hacer nada

Mejor es dificil de conseguir
El hotel, es un "hotelazo", con todas las letras, el diseño, el servicio, las habitaciones, la piscina, la playa privada, todo absolutamente todo, está pensado para pasar unos dias inmejorables, si además tienes una piscina privada en la habitacion, no puedes pedir mas, la zona maravillosa y cerca de atenas, el aeropuerto y cabo sunion, un sitio para repetir sin duda.

My booking through Expedia was incorrectly booked for the wrong date. Expedia notified me that Dolce needed to approve a refund. I double paid for my stay and have talked to several managers who told me they would approve the refund and confirm but so far nothing.

I really enjoyed the service of the staff. Aggeliki, Katerina, and Andriana were more than willing to accommodate my needs. Throughout my requests, they ensured I was satisfied to the fullest extent. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. There were wait times between 5-10 minutes to access reception due to limited front desk staff, but it was efficient overall. Since we attended during the Greek Easter weekend (May), we got to experience the cultural traditions, fireworks, and Greek meals that most tourists may not experience! The communal pool and pool bar were terrific, too. Overall, the stay at the Dolce by Wyndham was 4.8/5.0.

Only a one night stay. Wanted to be relatively close to airport without staying at airport. We had an early morning flight and drive was about 20 mins, not sure how long if traffic. Nice location on water, but no time to really explore the property. There were some minor maintenance items, but nothing critical.

Dolce Wyndham in Athina was a great place to stay overnight for a flight the next morning. The hotel staff was fantastic...front desk provided an easy check in, room was ready early but was a little smaller and older than normal, the restaurant/bar staff were great, food was great as well wine/beverage recommendations. They were friendly, helpful and fun! They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, the history, etc. The property offered a large pool, hot tub, pool bar with music, umbrella beach chairs along the water. Luckily the sunset for the last night in Greece was spectacular! The only negatives: the hotel is older and could definitely use an update, the location seemed farther from the airport and Athens proper than thought it was going to be. One would definitely need a car and/or driver (you could taxi) if you did an extended stay and wanted to explore all that Athens has to offer. Overall was a great overnight experience.

There is so much mold all over this property. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very poorly remodeled. They smelled of paint and chemicals. The pool closed really early and we did not get to use it. It is clear that the management is trying to cover up how old and dirty the facility is. This hotel doesn’t even have a first-aid kit. My friend was injured and all they had to offer was disinfectant and cotton. This stay is absolutely not worth the money.

From check-in, the staff did not help us with baggage, and the process at reception was slow; once we got to the room, it had three single beds when we only requested a double (conjoined singles in the booking). The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub, and the bath plug was missing; the air conditioner was very noisy, and I heard guests in the foyer complain about this also. The pool is not heated and so cold that no one would swim in it, the bar by the pool is closed and looks under construction, and the bar upstairs was understaffed and had dirty cups all over the countertop. Navigating to the room is complex and there is no staff to help with this. Overall would avoid this hotel, it’s not close to any city nearby and you would be disappointed if staying for a few days compared to central Athens

We stayed in April and had booked a Family Bunglow with private pool. Had a terrible experience : Ended up dealing with maintenance issues - door locks didn't work and it took the maintenance guy couple of hours to fix it during which we were stuck in the room and missed the sunset by the beach. The TV wasnt working either initially and the private pool was cold and dirty. We decided to just use the main pool, but guess what - the pool was roped off and "not yet open for the season" and only 1 restaurant was operational and the rest were also not yet open! None of this was mentioned or made transparent during booking. Location is great by the water/mountains but all the rest of the poor experience isnt worth the price you pay :(

I booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi and those rooms weren’t even ready. They are being sold on expedia but are not available as they are still being put together. Was offered a villa with an indoor jacuzzi that was beautiful but the jacuzzi didn’t work. overflowed into the bathroom when water was let out. It’s clear that problem existed before due to the water damage visible on bottom of bathroom door and bedroom door. Thankfully we were only cleaning it first with very little water to be drained. Noticed the problem and was told we have to drain it slowly. As if we’re going to stand there all night letting the stopper in and out. Ridiculous to even say such a thing to a guest paying over $300 a night for a room. I got this room only for the jacuzzi as we were getting off a 13 hour flight and wasn’t able to use it. Really a shame because the property had potential

It’s quiet, away from busy city. Definitely a huge hotel. The rooms are small but decent. The bathroom had extra soap in the tub, unsure if it was leftover residue or cleaning product.

Hotel is beautiful but the room is outdated. - Old shower - TV was not working - effectively no views. They say you have mountain view, but there is only 4 meters distance between the rocky mountain and your balcony. God knows how people stay here in the summer - when you check on expedia, it says that the distance to the airport is 3 miles. But actually its 10 miles. Taxi costed €30 eachway. I might as well have paid to stay at the airport hotel. Misleading!!!!!
