Our flight arrived after midnight and the apartment provided me contactless check-in option so I was able to get in the building and my apartment smoothly, which was a big relief and very convenient. We met the staff the next morning and he was very nice. The apartment is in the center of Plaka and within walking distance to all attractions in Athens. Restaurants and shops are right next door! Location is unbeatable. Apartment is spacious. Beds are comfortable. I only have one concern with the noise level on a Saturday night. Due to jet lag and unstopping noises from the outside (people laughing/yelling and motorcycle vrooming), I was not able to go to sleep until probably 3am. This is the trade-off for a very central and convenient location.

Excellent location, clean rooms, not much of view!
Excellent location, very clean rooms, everything was working excellent. however there is a large tree blocking your view of the Acropolis, so its hard to see it from your room. Also there is no one at the front desk, its hard to find someone for assistance. Yes they do respond to texts and calls and can meet you at the desk, however its rare to see anyone actually sitting there. But they seemed friendly and it was a comfortable stay. Thank You

Best place to stay in my case for a family of 4
There is no better place to stay for a family of 4. We are so glad we stayed in FOS apartments also in the best and convenience location of Plaka. Near by foot to everything. Also around the corner is a self laundry if you need it. The staff is awsome too.

best place in Athens!
great services from the management team. Very responsive and helpful. My flight was cancelled due to a air worker strike on the day I was supposed to check in. The management was super helpful! I stayed here at a later date. Room is large and clean. Location is impeccable! Certainly recommend!

Stunning views and overall comfortable, but could do with a few updates and amenities (for example, no ice maker in the building nor ice trays provided to make your own). The staff was friendly and helpful, but were only available for limited hours with the front desk unmanned for most of the day. Increased the stress associated with misplacing the one key card provided.

Amazing modern apartment right under the Acropolis. We had a very large comfortable bed and our teenage kids had a large sofa bed each. Kitchen facilties were ideal and air conditioning in each room.

We stayed here for one night before catching a cruise. We wanted to find something that was centrally located so we can get the most of our one day in Athens. We chose this place because of the location and reviews and I do not regret the decision one bit! Elias was so amazing in answering my many questions. They were able to set up a taxi for us for 50 euros. The place is super close to everything and a bustling tourist area for a quick bite, drink or ATM. There is also an elevator to bring you to your amazing residence for your trip! Finally, the mattress and pillows were just heavenly. Thank you! If your planning on staying here… do!!! Just know that like any place in the med, Caribbean or warmer climates generally, be prepared to see ants making their way on the floor. It’s normal. We were there on a Saturday with our room facing the lane. Yes, it was loud with soft music playing past midnight on the lane (guessing from the restaurant across the street). That is only specific to our room and not necessarily speaks to any of the other rooms. Also, being flip flops for the shower. Book book book this place!! Elias you’re a gem.

This property is very spacious, clean, and located right at the foot of the Acropolis. Excellent location to launch from each day. I will return and will tell my friends about it as well. It’s fantastic.

A great option
We really wnjoyed our stay and wished it hadn't been book so we could extend. Bustling part of the city (which can be loud at times) and a spacious, clean layout. Modern finishings, nice layoit and hospitible staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The FOS team (Romeo) were great hosts. The apartment had plenty of space for us to spread out and we loved having the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. We were right in the middle of the action and could walk everywhere, this is a busy area of the city and we could easily access restaurants, archeological sites and shopping. This place just can’t be beat!

Recommend! The reception is very welcome and friendly. When we arrive, she introduced the surrounding to us and explained detailed. The location is awesome. Walking around 10 minutes to Acropolis, and not far from bus stop and metro. A bar is just downstairs.
