En términos generales bien. Necesitan mejorar la limpieza. Y el hotel ya necesita un buen mantenimiento, por ejemplo muchos conectores de electricidad no funcionaban, aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso.

Personal de limpieza robó en la habitación pertenecías de souvenirs y cosas que había comprado en Atlanta, el hotel quedo en solo cubrir la cantidad del costo de lo que había en el bolso robado , pero no quiso dar alguna compensación adicional . Más cuando tardaron 2 días en atendernos y no tomaron en cuenta que salíamos de vuelo de regreso y no oodiamos volver a comprar los souvenirs que perdimos en el robo.

We had an amazing stay . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very nice . The restaurant inside the hotel was very good as well .

We loved the service and the staff that worked at the Omni, however, the area didn't feel safe and there were no real options for healthy foods. We ate at the Venues restaurant and ordered the Salmon dish which was extremely salty and over cooked and a salad which was very generic and old.

Overall the stay was good! However the air conditioning in our room was not working. We went out to a show and came back and realized that it was not working and called the front desk. They offered to move us at 1am but at this point it was too late and we would have been leaving in a few hours.

Excellent location across from Centennial Park. Nicely located to walk to restaurants, Coca Cola Museum, aquarium and the Georgia World Congress Center is right across the breezeway. Pool was adequate. Nothing 'fancy' and no bar/food service there.

The hotel was massive and conveniently located to the State Farm arena (where we were attending a concert). The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is outdated for the price you have to pay. Pictures are not an accurate depiction of the quality of the rooms. Nice location. Check-in was overwhelming and and signage does not help you get to the correct tower or elevator for where you are staying.
