El hotel es sencillo lo malo es que no tienen los implementes necesarios para la cocina toca estar pidiéndoles que un sartén que un plato que cubiertos etc. Y lo que si nos saco corriendo fue encontrar una cucaracha, de una vez pedimos cambio de habitación creo que los hoteles en general, con el tema del COVID se han hecho los de la vista gorda con la limpieza profunda.

This is a horrible hotel and I would never stay here. The hotel is understaffed. They cannot bring you any items that you either need or request. I requested betting for a fold out couch that was included in my room and was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the front desk and they said I would have to come get the bedding because no one would be able to bring it to me. There is only one ice machine and is in the front section of the hotel. If you were in the back like we were, you have to walk all the way to the front to get ice. The rooms are extremely hot. We had the thermostat turned down to 65 and it felt like 85° in the room. The white man was hostile towards people of color. There was a group of 14 to 16-year-old boys playing peacefully in the pool. The white pool man kept yelling at them and threatening to kick them out of the pool. This was highly alarming to me because of the hostility from the man People of a different color. Additionally, once I got home from one of the most horrific hotel stay at my life, I learned that I was charged $100 deposit. No one ever told me about $100 deposit to stay at this trashy hotel. I called the hotel and was told they would return the deposit to me within 10 business days. I have stayed at a variety of hotels mostly Top-notch hotels. None of them has ever charged me any amount of money that was refunded within 5 to 10 days. Do not stay at this hotel. Is trashy unsafe and very much hospital.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and had a great persona. The hotelnitself is very old, with somewhat modern room renovations. I mean somewhat by a couple of tables and an updated sleeper sofa. The hotel smelled like someone had continuously chain smoked, with a hint of cafeteria food mixed with vomit. Upon checking out, the female staff member was walking to her car & I had to ask if she was the hotel desk clerk when she walked back towards the door. Over-all, I wouldn't stay here again personally. If I were more familiar with the area, I would've chosen another hotel for better accommodations.

Great room setup - loved the living area & kitchen separate from the bedroom. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was sparking clean. Nice breakfast spread.(Only negative was no access to purified water on the premises.) Will definitely return again!

I reserved a handicap accessible room. The location of the room was not accommodating. Clerk mentioned they didn’t have any other rooms but online it showed 7 rooms available. The air did not work in the room. There was no paper towel or any of the normal amenities Sonesta provided. On top of all that, as I was going to check out the front entrance was loaded with police. I saw several homeless walking around the property. I did not feel safe. Bypassed the checkout and called. Very very dissatisfied.

I booked this hotel based on a previous Sonesta experience in Florida. What a disappointment.! The room was tired, the kitchen had almost no equipment equipment, the pots anwere broken and had no lifs. No mugs, one glads. The sofa was so overused it dipped in the middle and you rolled into the centee and couldnt sit on it. Our bedding had body flyids on it and I was told I had to walk with the used bedding to the office to exchamge it. Definitely changed my opinion about the Sonesta group. I m re naming it So Nasty

I appreciate the close entrance to the room and convenient parking. The smell of the interior facility was terrible. I asked for more towels and was told they did not have any. Shower was great. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable.

First of all, one of the two bedrooms we had smelled like a urine. All of the facilities were absolutely disgusting and dirty. One room had no coffee supplies. The other room, the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise. At breakfast the guests are hoarding the food with bags. Never again will I stay at such a bad place. Manager was very nice and apologetic, and was embarrassed that she was not able to do anything about the type of guest that stay at that hotel.

Front desk person at checkin and checkout was great. Very polite and friendly and professional but the good ended there. Room was dated and mediocre but clean. Facility very dated. Floor moved when walking on it. But the worst part was the fact there was no extra sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. OK. We brought our own sheets just in case but did call front desk for pillows... They flat out said they didn't have any extra pillows and none could be brought to us. I offered to walk to the other building which is where the front desk is and she said they didn't have any. They didn't keep extra pillows or anything. Checkout next morning the same person who checked me in said they could in fact could have brought extra as there were plenty. So who was lying?? And.. We booked through expedia so wasn't surprised when they asked for a $100 hold on credit card. OK. Some places require it no big deal... But then next morning at checkout I asked for receipt and they said I'd only be getting back $94. They chargedme $6 to use their parking lot parking! It should be included in the price you pay! I will never be back to a Sonesta brand. I've traveled to 100s of hotels and this place was beyond sorry. And let's not forget the 1 year expired elevator inspection!!! It was inspected 2/2022. Expired 2/2023. Our stay was 3/24. Run!!!!!!!

Front desk receptionist our first night was rude. Front desk receptionist at check out was better but she let me know the first receptionist didn’t properly charge my card. The halls are dated & the stairways had a strong smell. VERY DATED but IT WAS CLEAN. Sheets, bathroom, shower, etc. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN

The hallways had a vaping and sour smell but the room was not bad. The signs say no smoking anywhere but there is clearly some violations in the common area. The food service team for each day were very nice and attentive.

I checked in and was in my room less than 1hour & saw ANTS crawling on the remote control. I immediately grabbed my bag & went back to the front desk to check out & ask for a refund. I was told I couldn’t get a refund, only another room. At this point why would I trust that there aren’t bugs there too?!! It looked clean but I just don’t do bugs at all!! Customer service is a 0 though because for the fact they had bugs & wouldn't give me a full refund. Apparently if you’re in your room longer than 20mins refunds aren’t allowed.

We had never stayed at a Sonesta before this trip, so we weren't sure what to expect. This hotel is just OK and for the budget traveler. The front desk service was fine. They only clean the room every seven days, so we asked for extra towels on our second night because we were only given three for our room for a three night stay. They had no extra towels or wash cloths, so we were given pool towels. The condition of the hotel common areas is not great. Lots of worn looking carpet and beat up walls. The hallways do smell like food and sometimes pot. People had dogs in their rooms that barked occasionally but left large piles of poop in the mulch of the flower beds outside the building door that was never cleaned. The pot smell and poop are not the hotel's fault, but just be aware. The room was OK. It was clean, but just worn looking. I booked through hotels.com where there was no mention of a parking fee. When we got to the hotel there was no mention of a parking fee from the front desk, but we were given a paper with breakfast times that also mentioned there's a $6/day parking fee and you need a parking pass. We asked the front desk about the fee that night and were told that sometimes they charge it and sometimes they don't. Still not sure if we were charged the fee or not because we booked through hotels.com where no fee is showing. Overall, it was ok for the price, but we won't be staying at a Sonesta again.

Very Disappointed!!!
We have stayed at this location many times and usually have a good experience, but this time was very different! Our room was very run down and dirty. The cabinets where falling off the hinges, the fridge looked like it got into a fight, very dirty air vents blowing air on us, cigarette burns every where, couch was broken down, and our TV didn’t work. We were told the TV would be looked at never given the option to switch rooms when the parking lot was empty so I know they had extra (TV was never fixed). We won’t be staying here again.
