You never know what you are going to get, but when you pull up, the building was in great shape and cute. The front lobby is tiny, smelled a little funky, but quaint. The man checking us in was very nice. When we got to the room, it smelled so clean and fresh. The room itself was cleaner than most 5 star hotels! You can tell they take pride in their Inn and are trying their absolute best. The bathroom was literally spotless and so bright! Most are so dark you can't see yourself when getting ready. The pillows and beds are a little dated, as they were only doubles and older mattresses, but they were clean, had great linens, and comfortable. The stay was sooooo quiet. So much that I had to tell my husband to talk softer. We heard literally nothing, and it was nearly a full house! I thought the whole Inn would hear him gabbing away. They had an ice machine and some snacks if needed, but that was it. No frills, but perfect just the way it is. We were pleasantly surprised, and if going to the Badlands, I would definitely recommend!!!!
