My daughter stayed here in route from a medical procedure. The property insisted that her reservation was not valid, even though she shared reservation documentation that it was. I was on the phone with Expedia for nearly an hour while they begged the property to allow her to stay there while I had already paid in advance. There were times where I thought I would lose payment & would have to book my daughter a room elsewhere, but Expedia stuck it out & worked through the issue. Expedia was amazing, while the hotel was not. In the end she was able to stay there. I’m grateful to the hotel & especially grateful to Expedia for that. Please do yourself a favor & do not book third party through this hotel. Otherwise, they were a great place to stay.

This was a very convenient stop for us. The breakfast was great. The only comment is that the carpet was wet around the A/C. We mentioned it to housekeeping and hope it is attended to for the next guests.

I liked most everything except one set of elevators were out of service and that was a little inconvenient. Did not like that there was no free WiFi unless you were a rewards member. I liked the breakfast. It had an excellent choice of food.

The hotel is right off a very busy road, so we could hear the traffic all night long as I forgot to ask for a room facing the back of the hotel instead of the room. We only stayed one night so it was fine. Loved that it was close Auburn University, so we could easily go and come back for breakfast after warm-ups.

The property was old and the price was about quadruple of the normal rate due to the team Auburn was playing. If you’re going to charge that price the facility should be worth it.
