El edificio no es nuevo pero está bien mantenido y los cuartos son amplios. Muy bien situado ties todo a la mano. A pesar de que está la obra para el metro en la calle no te molesta en nada.

Hotel muy limpio y con buenisima ubicación. Bastante caro, pero acorde a la media del centro de Auckland. Buen desayuno. Con un japonés abajo en las galerías también muy rico y de muy bien precio.

muy bueno.
el hotel queda muy muy cerca de Sky Tower, del centro y principales calles. es factible moverse a pie sin ningún inconveniente a los paraderos de autobus, ferry y tren el bus del aeropuerto deja a la vuelta del hotel, caminando muy poco. lo mas destacable es el desayuno, abundante y variado, que en mi caso estaba contemplado para dos de los 3 que viajamos. el extra tuvo un valor de 27 dolares aprox. las habitaciones son cómodas, con control de temperatura, hervidor cafe, te, en cada habitación. no tiene una gran vista, solo edificios, pero nada mal. camas cómodas y de calidad. no tiene piscina. pudimos hacer el check in antes de lo previsto, lo que nos facilitó la vida, pues nuestro avión llegó muy temprano. al salir a pasear dejamos las maletas en custodia y retomamos la estadía dos días después sin ninguna dificultad. personal amable, sólo idioma inglés, eso lo mejoraría, ya que no hablan ni una pisca de español.

Great location, right next to sky tower. Walking distance to Queen Street shopping and restaurant all around. Beds were comfy. They were a little late with cleaning room so we declined as we were back in the room in the afternoon. Emailed them for carpark instructions and the reply was perfect as we would have got lost with all the roadworks happening in that area. Check in and out was quick.

I am an Indian vegiterian and I had booked 10days stay at the Hotel. Buffet breakfast menu at the hotel doesn't have any options for vegetarians except for the fruits which were not fresh most of the days. Even Hotel front desk was not bothered to take my request for vegetarian food. Hotel rooms are spacious but outdated and view gets blocked by building next to it. Hotel located on the centre of the city which is very convenient. Not at recommend for people who follow vegetarian diet.

My latest return to this central hotel. Happy with my stay. Restaurant staff seem very confused when I ordered a second starter rather than a main. On both occasions, the waiter/waitress had to go away and check. Unnecessary. Apart from that, no other issues.

We had a nice stay. The room was a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Hairdryer didn’t work and couldn’t get espresso machine going either. Really great location, easy to walk to sky city and restaurants around there. Staff were good.

The room was nice but needed some care. The shower head connection to the wall needed repair, the fabric on the couch had a big hole in it and the soap dispenser for the sink was empty. All things I wasn't expecting at a high end hotel. Outside of the room everything was fine. The staff in the restaurant were amazing!

My stay for one night was good. Staff great. Restaurant food okay. Unfortunately there was a Lot of construction immediately around the hotell so the view and walkability were limited. Amenities were nice, spacious room. Being vegan, menu choices and breakfast offered a small amount.

Very nice hotel with great staff. There was a lot of construction in the area so it didn’t feel very safe going out for a walk, but there appeared to be a number of interesting things in the area. The view from my window was more construction, but the view from the hallway window was nice. There was some elevator noise in the room but calmed down in time for me to sleep.
