Loved everything about the Grand Millennium. When we arrived, there were concierge staff right there to collect our bags from the car. By the time we checked in, our bags were already delivered to our rooms. Staff service was great. Drinks at the bar was convenient and the cocktails were delicious. Also tried their goats cheese pizza - amazing. The warm indoor pool, gym and sauna were a bonus. The room was great with lots of space and conveniences again. Had a great stay.

Was a well kept Hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant we ate at Ember was ok , felt limited options and still can’t get my head over the prawn dish entree which was $30 and had only Two prawns - felt that was excessive for the amount given.

Last minutes booked but we lucky to stayed this Hotel, The receptionist doesn’t know how to smiles to the guests but the doors bells man is wonderful to make feel feel welcomed, need to re-train the receptionist how to greeting the guests stay at that’s Hotel.

Stayed in the Deluxe King- room and bathroom are decent sizes, comfortable. Not much of a view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice, but repetitive. Overall stay was good.

Very nice large twin room & bathroom, very comfortable beds. Bathrobes hard & crusty my only dissapointment. Lovely staff. Good walk to museum & wharf. Great breakfast selection. Would stay again.

Property located downtown central with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to pier and train station. Location can’t be beat. Facilities is nice but room on lower floor is a bit dated. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good bordering on excellent. Lovely interior space, convenient to Town Hall Aotea Centre CBD etc. Staff attentive and helpful. Single ply toilet paper? That's what I associate with Motel 5.5 Come on. The shower temperature was dangerously hot, scalding hot. Really needs adjusting.

We stayed at the Grand Millennium for a girls shopping weekend. Two adults and two young teens. The girls thought it was so fancy and it was really nice just a little dated. The room was a great size for the four of us and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom was also large with a really good shower. We used the pool which was fun and the lobby was nice too. Walking distance to Queen street where we went for dinner. The only downsides were the fan/central heating in the room was quite loud and the free VIP wine that we got through Expedia was house wine only and it was disgusting, we couldn't even drink it. Would stay there again, especially as a family. The parking was also very convenient and much cheaper then other hotels in Auckland - $25 instead of $70 which some hotels charge!
