We take pride in our rooms and will use your feedback to improve our services. We have noticed that you are still upset about the car park charges, even though the refund has already been processed. Our website clearly displays the rate of 30 per night for parking. However, during your visit, you insisted on paying only 20 and caused a commotion at the reception. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to refund you the difference of 10. Please note that we require payment upon arrival as we are not open 24 hours.

Hello Nick,Thank you for your feedback. Due to the long weekend our working hours had differed, however our after-hours team was still on call. If required, they would have assisted. Car parking charges are clearly mentioned when you make a booking, hence it is quite impossible to miss it.
