Muy buena la estadía. Altamente recomendable!
La limpieza de la habitación muy muy buena. La calidad del hotel bastante aceptable. Los servicios del Hotel sin ser de un hotel de lujo fueron suficientes. La ubicación tambienpaea mi funcionó muy bien!

A/C didn’t work. Stuck on 78 and set on 68. Faucet for the bath was about to fall off. Most lamps didn’t even turn on. Seems like they just painted over a old hotel. For the same price you could find somewhere way better to stay.

At arrival they could not find my room so they had to get a manager there and they did not give me the bedroom i had booked because they said they were already full. My sister and i both did reservations before arriving and they had canceled hers without letting her know. There were also 2 men there, who i believe were family of the manager because they were grabbing items from the "store" they have available and did not pay for the items they took. The showers were horrible, they had paste on them from where they "fixed" it. The water was not very hot, and the faucet would've fell off if I would've kept using it. In the morning, while we were still sleeping the janitor walked into our room! Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

The property is infested with roaches many of the rooms have non-functioning air conditioning and they do not clean the rooms was there for a week and the only thing I was able to get was clean towels that I had to recycle through the front desk myself the facilities are poor as well they have laundry on site where the dryers do not work.

It was old and dirty. Dishwasher was filled with every dish, used and with food caked on food. I don’t mind old and dirty but not for this price.

Not bad for the money.
Overall it was good for the price. Only issues were distance to elevator and bathtub fixture broke off when i tried to use it. Im pretty handy so not a big deal.

Needs repair
Workers were very friendly. Room is in need of repairs tub fixture poorly installed. Light by bed not working. Door battery Barely worked. I had to hold door just right so it would not bind. 3rd floor by elevator missing trim. Coffee maker in lobby out of service. Bed was comfortable.

I had to switch rooms due to the shower faucet being broken and the fridge was very noisy. They switched me immediately! The elevator is in need of repair as it makes an amazing amount of noise when in it. The office chairs in both rooms require replacement as the cushions are just old and you feel the metal bracing. The hotel is very clean and the associates very nice. Some money needs to be invested to bring it up to the standard Candlewood is known for.

I stayed at this place based on the “star” rating…dont be fooled, it sucks! The elevator was broken for two days, the towels had stains, an iron but no ironing board in the room, one side of each of the queen beds was literally up against the wall, way over priced. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area, do yourself a favor and choose one of them!

The air filter for our A/C unit clearly hadnt been cleaned in years. I have a picture if needed. Front of house staff was a mixed bag. Some were really pleasant and others seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was pretty nice and kitchen in suite was solid though.

Ok for the price but not great.
The AC wasn’t cooling enough. There were stains on the wall and bathtub. There was a used kitchen sponge in the sink and the dishes were still in the dishwasher.

Lemonade out Lemons!!
I had to book last minute due to issues with previous hotel. The staff at Candlewood was great. The front desk clerk named Veronica was wonderful and helpful with getting my family taken care of. The hotel was clean and well kept. Next time we are in the area I will be staying at Candlewood!!

An employee at the hotel called me an hour prior to check in & said they had to cancel my reservation. I went to the hotel anyway & checked in. The room was not cleaned adequately & there was old food left in the refrigerator. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. There was a bug crawling on the floor this morning. The phone was not working & I had to call the hotel repeatedly to get the Wi-Fi code. I have stayed at candlewood suites in other areas, but this was the worst & not acceptable for a major hotel chain.

Candle wood canceled my reservation I made in August for October, 4 days before my supposed stay. No explanation. No one at Candlewood would give us an answer. The manager was either never there or would never answer the phone. We are out approximately $100 for festival tickets. We even contacted IHG to try and get an answer, the said they’d call us with an answer. It’s been 6 days, I’m still waiting. I will never stay at an IHG property again. If you plan a vacation or event based on having a reservation at this hotel, good luck. Prepare to be treated horribly.

Most horrible experience ever
This place canceled on me the same day and I had no place to stay in. Customer service was nasty 🤮 they said be I did my reservation with Expedia they were not going to help me. In fact my reservation was through VRBO and I try texting and calling and no one have ever contact me yet . But yes they charged my credit car with out me having stay at the place because the HOTEL SAID THERE WERE OVER BOOKED .

Was not a fan at all that when I arrived to my room I found that the toilet was not flushed from the last guest. I flushed the toilet and it overflowed. After using all the towels in my room I go to use the phone to call for front office or house keeping but the phone doesn’t work. So I use the stairs (elevator didn’t work) to visit for office to see if housekeeping could clean and sanitize that bathroom. The front office worker’s response to what happened was “that sucks” and I was given extra towels, trash bags, and cleaning spray to do the work myself (have pictures as well.) For what I paid, I was not expecting to have to clock in as a custodian during my stay.
