Mi familia y yo decidimos recibir el año nuevo en Austin y nos hospedamos en este hotel, todo en general bien y bonito,Gracias por su atención al chef Pablo es una persona muy amable y profesional y ademas cocina muy delicioso. Referente al cobro por estacionar nuestro vehículo fue demasiado excesivo, si no fuera por este detalle si lo recomendaría.Viajamos desde Coahuila Mexico. Esperemos volver pronto a esa cd.

Por estacionar mi camioneta me cobraron $47 dls. Por una noche Y el desayuno no fue de cortesía, pagué $25 dls por cada uno . Se me hizo súper caro y desagradable que en recepción no me avisaran . Me lo ofrecieron como si fuera cortesía en la bienvenida. Aparte muy feo y escueto

Muy acogedor y conformtable
Totalmente recomendable, una experiencia muy agradable, las camas muy buenas, muy conformtable (el sofa cama, muy malo, aunque me comentaron que están en proceso de cambio) pero las habitación esta en muy buen estado, y puedo decir que esta muy bueno. Tuvimos una feliz estancia, lastima que fue una noche, porque el resto fue en Houston. para estar mas tiempo en Austin

My second time in less than a month in this fabulous hotel "DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin", and I can only thank you for all the attention and hospitality during my stay. As always, your staff are very friendly and attentive in everything from my arrival to my departure. How not to love the great State of Texas having this wonderful hotel in the beautiful city of Austin. Without a doubt it is one of the best experiences of my life.

Without a doubt it was a phenomenal experience in one of the best rooms of this magnificent hotel "DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin". The staff are always very friendly and very attentive in everything. The cleanliness with which they preserve the place, the room service and in general all the amenities that it has, make this hotel unique in the whole city. My stay in this beautiful place and in particular in the city of Austin, Texas has been an unforgettable experience.

Buen hotel en general, con excelente ubicación.
El Hotel está bien en general, el servicio también es amable y rápido, lo único que no está nada bonito, es más está muy feo y con un problema constante de encharcamiento, producto de que cae agua del techo en diferentes zonas, como si hubiera tuberías rotas, es el estacionamiento, cuesta 28 dólares por noche y de verdad es un estacionamiento bastante feo y con cero mantenimiento. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena!

Tacos in the restaurant were not really tacos, $61.00 for 3,tacos, a blt sandwich and a piece of cheesecake was high, plus a $10 tip. The breakfast buffet was lacking and we were never told there was a charge for it. When we got to the dining area the waiter said buffet or order from the menu- we assumed the buffet was free and there would be a charge for the menu, the buffet which was really not good was $45, we could have ordered from the menu for the same price and had what we wanted. Will not stay at DoubleTree again.

Room wasn't ready on arrival and had to wait. Phone in the room didn't work. Staff were nice however offered no discount for the delay or horrible check in. Place is clean and in good condition.

One important thing to know is that Valet parking is the only option, from what I understand. It is $55 a night (with taxes). The hotel is LOVELY. The staff are courteous and very helpful. It is a very busy area of town but our room was quiet without any road sounds.

When it comes to hotels, I feel my expectations are quite reasonable: comfortable place to prepare for sleep, comfortable way to have breakfast, and in an upscale hotel, some way to relax with friends (also staying at the same hotel). I was caught off guard how thoroughly a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton managed to fail at all three expectations. Breakfast? Dining area is closed, the best you can have is food delivered to your room, so if you want to have another cup of coffee, or seconds, back to first floor you go. No cocktails or anything else facility-wise available to relax with friends either. Want to read or work in the evening? Too bad, the light fixtures in the room blink, two of them, without rhythm or reason. We tried to use the pool, and could not bring ourselves to partake - it has not been cleaned in a while. Dishwasher noise level makes it absolutely impossible to sleep with it working. On a positive side, the room was clean, and the personnel was friendly. But no matter what they did, they could not offset atrocious state of the facility itself. I cannot shed feeling that I was treated to essentially a Motel 6 experience in a notionally 4-star hotel by Hilton.

I love the convenience of this hotel when attending events. The rooms are nice and beds are super comfy - I always sleep well. (Although the bedrooms need better lighting). On this visit, the hotel's restaurant was closed for renovations so the only food option was room service which was sadly disappointing for both the dinner & breakfast I tried. Especially for the price. My previous dining experience (when the restaurant was open) was far better.
