Había una fuga de agua en el pasillo, por lo que el olor era muy desagradable. En la habitación tanto la regadera como el inodoro presentaban fallas. Reservé habitación doble y al llegar solo había habitación de una sola cama.

Debe haber un hotel mas limpio con el mismo precio
El personal del hotel excelente, el hotel viejo y muy sucio, los huepedes de al lado y de la habitación del frente con mucho ruido, fiesta, licor y hasta sustancias que parecían drogas. Sin embargo, no hubo problemas de ningún tipo. Pero no es nada placentero tener vecinos así en habitaciones cercanas.

Fuimos a Austin con el principal fin de asistir a la carrera de F1. Buscamos un hotel economico, pero con todas las comodidades, como siempre lo hago, soy usuaria de Hotels.com. y despues de mucho buscar en este caso, escogimos este hotel ubicado al norte de Austin.Nada economico, por cierto. La ubicacion estuvo bien, pero el hotel no. En principio nos dieron una habitacion para fumadores, que segun me dijeron yo la pedi, si fue asi habia sido un error. El hedor era horrible¡¡ claro nosotros no fumamos y quizas por eso nos afecto tanto. Nos dirigimos a la recepcion y nos atendio la gerente, quien muy amablemente nos ofrecio una habitacion que tenian fuera de servicio por una falla en el baño, pero nada importante. Le agradecimos mucho, pero esa habitacion tambien tenia un olor desgradable a comida, bueno, en realidad todos los pasillos tenian olor a comida. Otra cosa, no deben ofrecer en las caracteristicas del hotel, desayuno incluido, ya que lo que ofrecen es cafe y galletas, no desayuno como tal. No lo recomiendo

I booked this room three days in advance, however, when I arrived for check in I was told no rooms were available and nothing could be done by the front staff, then shortly after someone else came and found 1 room. The service was absolutely horrible and we almost left before someone else decided to help us get the room I booked literally 3 days before. There was also a fire alarm going off at 6:30am on the property. This was not worth the price I paid for this dingy peoperty.

Staff consistently rude, wouldn’t assist anyone waiting to check in (multiple patrons) until exactly 3pm at which time they worked extremely slow and rude. The premises were slightly dirty, consistent smell of marijuana in both lobby and my floor.

The room was nice and clean. I liked that it came with a kitchenette and the front desk was really nice and accommodating. I booked twice with them this week and will probably do so again in the future.

The first roo. I was given i walked in and it was occupied. The second room was a little dirty. Tub was dirty. Bed was really nice and comfortable. Slept great!

I will qualify that I stayed here during the ice storm for one night. There was no wifi (not the fault of the hotel) but they never mentioned it until I tried to call the front desk-- which can't hear you without that service but could communicate back. The room wasn't what I booked. The sheets were dirty, had hair, and cigarette burns. There was staining that looked like old blood. I reached out to Expedia Customer Service to try and rectify the situation and they could not get the front desk to answer... I think they slipped away to partake in whatever drinking and brawling (literally) was happening outside. I used the deadbolt, latch, and put my suitcase in front of the door because I was that scared. I tried taking a shower the next morning (because of the conditions of the beds) and there was no hot water. At least that helped wake me up after a night of no sleep. Next time, I will sleep in my car in front of my friend's house. That seems way more safe than this place.
