Check in and check out staff member seemed quite disinterested and didn’t seek any feedback. Other than that it was a nice stay. ”

“Lovely property very clean and comfortable - but we would have loved to have had the open fireplace ( in the listing) available and not a do not use sign on it - and dry wood for the other fireplace which was a combustion type - very hard to toast our marshmallows!!! Good location with easy drive to all attractions but a steep walk to hydro majestic. Kids loved the games and toys.”

“This was the perfect place to stay in Napier with our 2 little dogs. Beautifully appointed with everything anyone could want or need. So welcoming with those extra special touches Delia provides. Our dogs loved the cosy pet beds and there were even lovely water and food bowls for them to use. It was great to know our dogs were safe when we let them outside. This was our 2nd visit, we’ll be back for sure. Thank you for having us :-)”

“Could not have had a better presented property or host. Vanessa answered all my questions promptly and with a very friendly manner. The property is close to the town of Denmark yet set back on a quiet road. Property was exceedingly well looked after and I would not hesitate to stay again and I will highly recommend to any of my friends going down that way.”

“We were a group of 5 friends running in the Hawkes Bay 10km. The house is conveniently located to Napier shops and the Marine Parade. It had everything we needed, including a one button gas fire place. Good afternoon sun and we felt relaxed and cozy here. The decor and fittings are dated but for comfy beds and a cheap and cheerful getaway it was ideal for us. Ron was excellent to deal with.”

“We had such a magical stay in this chalet in Springbrook. The location is amazing. Short distance to Twin Falls circuit and Canyon Lookout. Beautiful rainforest and wildlife surround. The chalet is very rustic and creates a wonderful environment that accompanies the rainforest perfectly - the owners have done an amazing job.”

“Beautiful position amongst the trees in Sawmill Settlement. The house is a really cool design and build and bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked with utensils and kitchen equipment. I meant to leave a note for the owner that it appears queen bed in room without the ensuite may have broken slats on the bed as the couple in that bed said they kept falling into gap so might be worth checking. Would be lovely base for hiking too.”

“Had the best stay in the most beautiful cottage , in Denmark. Lakeside Garden chalet. The most peaceful scenery , beautiful ponds with adorable ducks , two ponds . Large and small. Beautiful birds, blue wrens and all sorts in the garden . So many seating places outside , along with an amazing spa , we didn’t want to leave . Also everything clean and very well stocked.
