Its a nice place to stay. The rooms can be weird divided. The staff is very helpfull and service where they can. Breakfast is good but a weird setup, so when larger groups, more then 5 are at the buffet, its to crowded to take things

It was quite nice
We are very happy with our stay, but somewhere in our bathroom was leaking.Our kids went to the game room but there was only a ping-pong table,But on the pictures there were loads of games .The price was good value for money.I went to the spa it was amazing, so was the hot tub.It felt nice after a day of skiing!Overall the service was really good, we might stay next year again!

Very friendly staff which will help with everything. 10 minutes walk to the Gondola. Plenty of parking. The spa is nice with a few Saunas and a small swimming pool. Breakfast was good as well. we had a room with a living room and an additional sleeping room and a small kitchen for 4 people. מומלץ מאוד. צוות חביב שעוזר בכל מה שצריך.

It could have been better
The rooms were not heated and there was no hot water, we had to complain a few times to get them fixed. Sauna and hammam were off and we had to wait to get them on. The staff was helpful though and its location is good.

The Hotel was not comfort at all was very cold the food also was cold in the self service wasn’t enough options and a sleeping beds was very old and not comfort at all so this hotel is not even 1 star rating hotel

Nice and cheap
The hotel is ok, the rooms are nice and big The spa is cold, the pool, the jacuzzi, and the also the sauna 😩 The breakfast is ok and the staff are kind

Cheap not cheerful
I was downgraded to another hotel with no explanation. The room was old, worn out. Some sockets blow the fuses when used, bathroom door didn’t shut, shower leaked, no kettle and breakfast was terrible.

Bansko at its best!
We had an amazing stay at Elegant Lux and in Bansko! We celebrated New Year in the restaurant and really enjoyed the evening, the food, the music and the New Year’s program. We love Bansko and have been already a couple of times in this hotel and will definitely Come back again as we like it a lot here. The food at breakfast and dinner is very delicious and tasty, the spa has everything that you need to relax after a day of skiing, the massages are a must try, the apartment is massive and very warm and the staff are welcoming and making you feel as you are at home. The location is 5 minutes walk to the ski lift with ski and boots, but they also have a free bus ride to the gondola station. The hotel is very central but yet quiet so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

Nice, but no more!
Very kind staff. Very cleen place. We booked H. B. The food was cold most of the time because there are not have any keepink warm appliace, but teasty. The maintanance of the room was not good. Light bulbs was not replaced and soap dispensers in bath rooms dosen't works. There is no vitrualy spa on the place.

The hotel was closed and tried to kick us out telling us that we need to cancel our family holidays via hotels.com It was rude and unpleasant!

Staff friendly. Room was in practice a suite. The greatest and pleasurable surprise was the spa with pool, 2 sauna rooms, steam room and jacuzzi, all at no extra charge for use by hotel guests. A very pleasant amenity to use at the end of a day's skiing. We also appreciated that the kitchen could still provide supper when we arrived just after 11 pm

Can't really fault it
Very very good hotel at the price point, can't fault it. Close to ski lift/ gondola station and a few minutes walk into town. Only negative was that the lighting in my bathroom was a little dim for my taste but then I find that of 99.9% of hotels I stay in. The staff were excellent and the inclusive breakfast just fine. Recommended.

Simple Hotel. Room was not clean or cleaned during our stay. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Good Location- 3 min from center. Good Breakfast. Overall we had a good stay. Value for money.

Sympa, bien situé
First time in Elegant Lux, ended there because my usual place was full. I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good and susbstantial (eggs, bulgarian charcuterie, cakes, fruits, etc). Good spa : pool, jacuzi, 2 saunas and a steambath (however often off). Close to main street, shops and restaurants. Gondola is 7 to 8 minute walk but they have a shuttle service every 15 minutes

Good Hotel Overall.
Great location. Good amenities. The swimming pool area needs a bit of renovation. The hot tub needs to be cleaner. The food was ok. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible and very very helpful. The apartments are in good condition. Good value for money.

Restorani teenindaval personalil puudub teenindustööks vajalik koolitus täielikult.Kiidan suusalaenutuse härrat meeldiva suhtluse ja abivalmiduse eest!Toateenindus väga puudulik. Tualtte pole võimalik suure müra tõttu normaalselt kasutada.Mullivanni ja kraanikausi vee äravoolud umbes.Käterätte vahetati ühel korral osaliselt 5 päeva jooksul.

В общем впечатления неплохие. В очень плохом состоянии территория при входе в отель. Дороги нет вообще. Есть некоторые огрехи в обслуживании, в СПА сауны практически не нагреваются. В джакузи не работает часть форсунок. На завтраках бывали проблемы с посудой. Выбор еды и напитков небольшой. В целом отдых понравился, остановилась бы в этом отеле ещё раз.

Χριστούγεννα 2017 στο Μπάνσκο
Η εμπειρία μας αναφορικά με το ξενοδοχεία ήταν σχετικά καλή. Το προσωπικό, με λίγες εξαιρέσεις, ήταν αρκετά εξυπηρετικό. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου είναι παλιές, το τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε, ενώ στα μπάνια παρουσιάστηκαν διαρροές νερού. Οι 3 τηλεοράσεις στο δωμάτιο-διαμέρισμα ήταν επίπεδες, αλλά παλιάς τεχνολογίας, μόνο 1 δεχόταν USB, το Wi-Fi δεν είχε καλή σύνδεση και ο καναπές-κρεβάτι δεν ήταν βολικός. Καθότι βρισκόμασταν στον ψηλότερο όροφο, μεγάλο μέρος του διαμερίσματος (120 τμ) ήταν δύσκολα προσβάσιμο, λόγω της κλίσης της οροφής. Αναφορικά με το Spa, η πισίνα ήταν μικρή (30 τμ) και ρηχή (1 μ), αλλά είχε ιαματικό νερό, το υδρομασάζ δεν λειτουργούσε όπως έπρεπε, ενώ υπήρχε θέμα με τη χρήση του ατμόλουτρου. Το φαγητό (πρωινό και δείπνο) ήταν επαρκές, αλλά χωρίς φαντασία. Αρνητική εντύπωση προξένησε η μη διάθεση του ψύκτη νερού κατά το δείπνο. Επίσης το Ski-Bus προς και από την γόνδολα σταματούσε στις 17:00, ενώ το χιονοδρομικό συνέχιζε να λειτουργεί μέχρι αρκετά αργότερα. Σε γενικές γραμμές, ως οικογένεια διατηρούμε ουδέτερη στάση αναφορικά με το Elegant Lux, και οι πιθανότητες να το ξαναεπιλέξουμε είναι χαμηλές.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже не первый раз. Тёплый приём, всегда кто-то есть на рецепции и в баре, персонал очень доброжелательный. Говорят по русски. Хозяева отеля очень милые, дружелюбные и гостеприимные люди, было очень приятно отужинать в их компании. Очень удобные номера для семьи с ребёнком - есть гостиная с диваном, в которой также стоит комфортная односпальная кровать - и отдельная спальня для взрослых. Просторный санузел с хорошей душевой кабиной. Есть бассейн, который наполняют минеральной водой, привезённой с гор, сауна, ванна джакузи. После бассейна можно выйти на террасу и выпить кофе, отдохнуть на лежаках.
