la atencion excelente mande que fueran por mi al aeropuerto sin ningun problema paso un taxy especial claro con cobro pero llegue a la recepcion y todo en orden el hotel perfecto y tambien la atencion maravillosa todo el que quiera ir vale mucho la pena este hotel. tambien los baños y todos los servicios excelentes y tambien mientras estuvimos por ahi todo en orden la verdad fabuloso

Ubicación sensacional
Muy buen hotel, como todos los de la cadena AC. Limpio, bonito y la ubicación es perfecta, a solo una cuadra de Casa Batlló. SIn lugar a dudas nos quedaremos allí en nuestra proxima visita.

Couldn’t find our reservation when we got there. Got a different room then I booked. The Air Conditioning wasn’t working that well. Everything else was fine. The staff was helpful with dinner reservations.

All in all an okay stay, friendly staff and good location. To mention some disappointment it would be that the roof terrace was closed, construction work below the room and I would expect a 5-star hotel to have a mini bar with a few beers.

I agree with what's been said already. Excellent hotel in all respects except small (but very nice) bathrooms. Would not bring a swimsuit in the summer. The rooftop pool is tiny and shallow. Location, staff, lobby bar and rooms are very nice. I would definitely go back again if staying in Barcelona!
