“The location is beautiful, clean, and private. The hosts are very kind. They are very responsive. The stay was peaceful and refreshing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! “The apartment was clean and rustic. The decor was quirky and on theme for the property. The bathroom sink was a little small and angled so made washing up a bit difficult. “We really enjoyed our stay. We had a minor hiccup upon checking but it was rectified in a matter of minutes. The lakefront was calm and peaceful and very scenic. We enjoyed the rare treat of northern lights!! The accommodation was well appointed and spacious and had everything we needed. My mattress was enclosed in a plastic case which was a bit strange and crinkly but didn’t interfere with my sleep. Having the extra half bathroom was much appreciated and the caretaker was kind and thoughtful....

“Yes we stayed in a beach cottage in the middle of winter. It was so cozy and quiet and the little heater worked great It was nice not hearing the freeway or other neighbors thumping around. You cannot reach the beach as you are basically on a cliff 30-40 ft drop, but still a nice view. Some reviews picked on the remodel...sure things could have been done better, but for a rental very nice, a few quirks with switches but nothing major.
