The room was not very clean and the furniture was worn down. The digital room keys for the hotel do not work. I was told by hotel staff that they haven’t worked for quite some time. Also, the room was non-smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke, which greatly aggravated the allergy issues my family deals with. I was told by hotel staff to try opening the window to let the room air out, which did not help.

Toilet didn't flush, no hot water in bathroom sink, dirty counters. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Almost $300.00 a night for a single room for a swim meet and the pool is CLOSED. Half of our money should be returned. Would have stayed somewhere else but did not know until we were checked in.

nice weekend getaway
Our stay was nice, no issues, bed is comfy. Ask the night prior for a late check out as we were told no the morning of and it made us rush in the morning.

It was a terrible experience the room I had I paid 360 dollars for upon arrival it smelt like dog I went to the front desk all the did was spray it … the dog smell didn’t go away it got even worse housekeeper informed me that they put dogs in the room then sale then I mean it smelt so bad I would never go here again … I’m thinking sense it was so much it would be nice no way !! I would never even if I was in desperate need

Funeral stay
2e were there for my dad's funeral. We had rooms for four of our children. Everything was nice. Staff were friendly and compassionate. We have stayed there before. It is always clean, quite, and in a good location.

Our hotel room was nasty! More than $300 for a one night stay in a cheap motel. The room smelled undeniably like urine, furniture was torn with stuffing coming out, carpet was ripped and missing, garbage from the previous guests left in the can, andno towels upon arrival. It was disgusting!!!!
