We used a pet friendly filter and neither Orbitz or the hotel mentioned there was a $25 pet fee. It should have been added on the price when we booked! Our good bargain wasn’t a good bargain after all. 😠

When viewing the AmericInn on the Orbitz website, if you scroll down to Policies section there is a spot that discusses the pet policy including the fee. We understand that sometimes while booking online customers don't always have time to read all the fine print. So as an extra courtesy to our guests traveling with their pets, we also include our pet policy and fee on the registration card that all guests initial and sign at check in. We stayed the night with our two young children. We had a good time. The room was nice and clean. Everything we needed was there in the room. Our kids loved the decorations all around. Breakfast in the morning is a simple free breakfast but it felt like we were in our kitchen at home eating together. For the price we paid, we were very happy. Staff was amazing as well. Love that dogs stay here! This was not at all an issue with our stay. Our kids were the loud ones.

We absolutely love staying here. The staff treats you like family and always have a smile on their face. The area the hotel is in is quiet and easy on and off the express way bonus you can't hear the traffic on the express way. They have many ice machines and vending machines if you're craving a snack. They are located near many wonderful restaurants as well.

The lady at the front desk was rude and had no interest in helping or changing me to a different room.She was more interested in her dog. I understand that the hot tub was not working but when I asked about changing my room I was told I booked through a 3rd party and she could do nothing. Very rude

Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, auch wenn die Möbel schon etwas durch die Jahre in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wurden. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder herkommen.

The staff was great. The rooms are a bit dated. The business center was not functional, so I had to have my daughter print out my boarding pass and parking coupon for Seattle since the front desk couldn't figure out how I could email them and print my documents there. The pool was closed 2 of the 3 days I was there and the hot tub was closed the entire time. The card reader for the outside door by my room didn't work so I had to commute the entire distance of the hotel to get to my car.

Free parking is a plus. The hotel is in dire need of repairs. Our room had a half torn out screen, a cream cheese package and beer bottle behind a nightstand. The front desk ppl were nice.

Despite several walks down to the front desk, there were people running up and down the halls all night, screaming, and slamming doors. The pool area had litter and left behind clothing items on the tables and floors.

Everyone connected with the hotel was excellent. The service they gave us was top notch. When the front desk realized the coffee was empty they dropped everything to brew more.

Property is nice. Breakfast is nice. There is no elevator and the staff did not accommodate for the elderly, still put us in the 2nd floor. Hot tub is not functional. Pool is not clean. Pool shower is broken.

The hotel was clean and organized. The 1st night there I enjoyed my stay but on my second day there when I walked to the receptionist she was rude an arrogant as if she didn’t want to speak to us. Made us all feel uncomfortable and we ended up leaving half way through our stay.

Apparently the hot tub has been down since July but when we booked it never said that, also still doesn’t say that on Expedia normally they will cross it out if something is wrong. Also when got to the check in staff was rude about it when we asked and said it’s been broken only a couple months. July is not a couple of months. You could have offered me a refund for your amenities not working because that’s literally not my fault instead was just ignorant. Breakfast was the typical type at hotels. Our room was clean but the tub bottom looked dirty.

The lobby was beautiful the kitchen area was absolutely adorable. I loved the vibe of the place. The staff were all great very helpful and polite. I picked that place for the Jacuzzi so was disappointed when we got there and it wasn't working but they offer an adult swim from 10pm-12am which I have never seen before and was awesome. Would most definitely go back

My experience had highs and unfortunate lows. The sweet lady doing housekeeping was wonderful, i wish I remembered her name. She brought warm blankets to my room with a smile and friendly conversation. The front desk evening person I was less than impressed with. At check in she stated "if you need anything I will get it for you, if I'm able." As in please don't bother me. Both evenings in my coming and going from the property not only was she kicked back with her feet up, she never looked up from her phone, not once, I came and went at least 3 times each evening, totalling 12 missed opportunities to be the friendly face of your chain, sadly that was not the case.
