I hate to be the bad person saying this but this is not my first time staying at this hotel an I will not be staying here again… I had seen a bed bug for the first time staying here an just can’t believe that this is suspose to be nice top notch hotel an to see bed bugs traps under the mattress is ridiculous. The area of the hotel is a plus for food, party stores, a really just everything you need at your fingertips.

I came home with bug bites after staying in this hotel. The room appeared clean. I have been told that my bites are from bed bugs.

Studio suite was very roomy, very well-designed. Everything in the suite worked -- lamps, soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner dispensers; ample towels. Free breakfast was good, would be improved with more fresh fruit options. Welcoming and comfortable, exactly what we need to weather a family situation requiring frequent trips to the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Abbey at the front desk is a great asset to this company. She and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful and they actually smiled! Clean hotel and nicely run. Rooms are very nice and the breakfast was very good. Would recommend staying here to anyone

Checked in on Friday around 5pm. Was helped by a very nice young lady who smiled and was very courteous. Probably the nicest I have encountered at any hotel in a while. She represents this hotel very well. Nice clean room and a well kept hotel. Would recommend to anyone

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful as we had accidentally booked the wrong night and was very helpful in sorting things out with Expedia. The pool was the cleanest pool I’ve been in in a hotel. The room was very clean and so was the hotel itself. Morning breakfast was delicious! Honestly, I have no complaints! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Property was rather hidden behind Holiday Inn, If you didn't know where it was exactly. Close parking was reserved for elite Hampton members. Charge an "incidental" fee $25.00 which was credited on checkout. Room was okay, no lamp or light over desk station, bed squeaked terribly but was comfy and shower door would not close properly, kept sliding open. AM breakfast was your standard, nothing special. Will check out Holiday Inn next time

I always love Hamptons, staff was friendly breakfast was delicious! Disapppinted with the room, bathroom in particular…there was mold in the bathroom on the edge of the tub and around the rail. My husband and I have a sinus issue this morning because of it. Room 317. I did take photos if needed

Upon the morning of our checkout after staying one night, my wife and I discovered that we couldn't take a shower because the door wouldn't stay shut. When checking out, we brought this to the morning managers attention and he offered us no relief on our bill or anything. When my wife continued to stress the problem he said that since we booked through you that he couldn't do anything about a refund and offered us points, which we've yet to receive. This was our 4th time staying at this hotel in the last 4 years. Not satisfied.

Better than most.
What I noticed the most is that the breakfast was excellent! It was way more than just doughnuts and croissants you had eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels with cream cheese, jelly, all kinds of stuff, several different kinds of coffee, milk, juice and it was really good. I was impressed.

Only issue was the bathroom tub edge had black mold on it, the floor was not clean and we found a previous guests dirty dress behind the ottoman so clearly they were not vacuumed behind.
