hotel viejo y sucio, maté una cucaracha, olor horrible, la tabla de planchar tiene moho, en general le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento.

It was dirty. There were bed bugs. Upon checking in there was a woman at the counter threatening that she was going to stab a man if he came back to her room. I should’ve bolted then but I was running from a hurricane. After checking in was when I was like, why didn’t you leave?” The room was dirty and there was bed bugs. I immediately asked for my money back and found a better hotel. It should be a zero star hotel. I couldn’t stay even in an emergency situation so that says a lot and I’m not a picky person at all.

I couldn’t stay that hotel because they sold my room someone else . They said. “You are a Hotels.com customer. We don’t care” . me I couldn’t find any other hotel that area ( Beaumont) I drove almost two hours far Concoe . Hotels .com can you tell me what kind deal you guys have . The room didn’t look clean. Hair still in the sink and the shower. Toilet seat was dirty. Bed was stiff. Couch looked old.

This is definitely a notel-motel. Felt very rundown & rather like they started to update then gave up. Whites are more yellows & the entry & halls are kind of depressing. Remarkably, my bed & pillows were super comfortable- and I say that as someone who has a tempeurpedic at home. Sad as this place is, I was grateful for a spot to crash, as my original hotel, north of Lake Charles, took my reservation, but when I arrived at 10:30 p.m., says, "No rooms!" Midtown had the only took left in the whole area! Thank goodness!

Not worth the price.
Not so great. Overpriced for what it is. Spend a few dollars more and be at a much nicer hotel chain like a Hilton brand or holiday inn type of place.

Hotel has no ice machine. Side doors get locked overnight from 9pm-6:30am according to posted signs, but they were locked early and unlocked late, requiring very long walk to and from room through the lobby and around the hotel via the parking lot because posted schedule was not followed. Bed very uncomfortable. Poor lighting and furniture placement - lamp placed on desk was not plugged in, nor was there an outlet to plug into. Plumbing issues - tub and toilet drain slow.

We ended up staying due to the bad weather, but for the price of $55 we slept well. The smell in the room's was over whelming, but the ac filtered that out. Can't say to much about the lobby smell though.

Ehh..
The place was run down. Had I not already booked it, I wouldn’t have ever stayed here. The picture are not what it looks like inside. The man was super nice tho. I came with my 3 kids and myself, room service would not give me more then 2 towels even though there was 4 of us in the room. You get what you pay for.. even though I have paid this same amount for places much nicer.

Stinky rooms, breakfast next to ‘0’. Only front deck guy was friendly. House kippers kept nocking in our doors 2 hours before check out time . But In General is was ok for one night budget stay .
