There was mold in the bathroom of our hotel room. The TV in our room did not work. The door to the parking lot that led to our room was not secure and did not lock.

It was tuff getting a room for the dates in that area. There was visible mold in a couple of spots on the tub, and after taking a shower the water would be 4 inches deep, it had a slow drain. The continental breakfast was kinda ok, but the coffee was only one type “week” and I think they only used decaf coffee. The staff were nice.

The room itself was pretty clean, but the bathroom was pretty dirty. The bathroom wall and door had quite a bit of dirt and stains and the tub/shower was not very clean. Neither the tub nor the bathroom sink drained very well.

Nice quiet stay
We had a wonderful stay. We went on a sub zero hiking/camping trip in Deem Forest. Lasted one of the two nights. Called Quality Inn to see if we could snag a room. The front desk was amazing and put us in a room right away. GREAT breakfast had French toast, sausage and egg. I have zero complaints and only praise.

Shannon at the front desk was amazing. She was attentive to my needs and always asked if I was okay. One morning I had an emergency conference call and my phone died. We booked this hotel based on location, price, and reviews. While I can’t say it was our best lodging experience of the year, bit was definitely in the top 3. The property was very well maintained, the room was very clean and adequately furnished, and a nice included breakfast. (Although the breakfast area could use a little more lighting.) And every once in a while you encounter a staff member who is meant to work in a specific industry, ,and that is the case with front desk employee Cierra. She checked us in, provided informed answers to questions regarding the area, and was obviously experienced at her job when an issue arose regarding their rewards program. She was consistently pleasant, polite, and efficient at every turn. If our travels ever take us back to the Bedford area, we will stay at this Quality Inn & Suites again.

The bedroom area had been recently renovated and was very nice, however the bathroom was left "vintage" and was dilapidated and dirty. On Friday night, people were very loud, yelling and pounding on doors from midnight until about 3am. It got quiet after the cops showed up! The free breakfast was horrible.

Stay away, place is dirty…
The room and the entire property seems to be in disrepair. The room however was dirty and thing’s missing. The bathroom door was too big for the opening and wouldn’t close and didn’t even have a door knob. The shower was very weak and the towels were stained. Dirt and paper on the floors. Towel bar at the sink was broken and missing. For the price that was charged, I would have expected better. Will not be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone at any price.
Lowe’s sells these for like $20

The room was damp and smelly…like a wet towel that’s been lying on the floor. At least one of the pillows had the same foul smell. The bathroom was dirty, and the lamps in the bedroom had cobwebs. I normally love hotel continental breakfasts, and I thought the Belgian waffle would be a safe bet, but it was inedible (had a chemical flavor and felt rubbery in the mouth). The coffee was grayish brown. I did not drink that either. The room was quiet; that was a positive. We only need a quick place to sleep, and I was looking for anything swank, but this was rough.
