All was very good except the heating did not work properly and the refrigerator was not working. I asked to have them fixed. The heating was not satisfactory and the fridge was not fixed. Parking is a challenge.

The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle to the airport was very helpful, they made two trips to pick us up because we were on different flights. we stayed at Lancaster multiple time thru out the years and every time is better than the other. Thank you

The room was clean, has all the amenities needed however our blanket is old and had a cigarette hole in it! The isolation of the rooms is bad as we could hear the people in the room next to us, sounds of people walking in the street. On our first night their was a wedding and the music was so loud and couldn’t sleep at all. Although i have talked to the reception but they kept saying we will move you to a higher level next day and nothing happened. Finally it was an Okay stay but not recommended and I don’t think I would come back again

الفندق حدا رائع ... وانا اعطيته ملاحظاتي 1: مفاتيح الكهرباء نظام قديم ... يفضل باستخدام النظام الامريكي. ثلاث فتحات ... لانه تم تطبيقه بجمع فنادق العالم. وصار موووحد تقريبا 2: لاتوجد عوازل صوت اذا انك تسمع كل فرد خارج الغرفه في الاسياب
