Funcional y práctico.
El hotel aguanta, el personal es amable y servicial, las habitaciones son cómodas, el baño grande, pero tiene una ducha tipo cabina que uno piensa que se va a caer, el asensor terrible, suena, parece que golpeara contra los muros y suena muy fuerte; buen desayuno, pero sin parqueadero, si no encuentra lugar en la calle, le toca estacionarse a un parqueadero que se encuentra a 1 km de distancia, se lo recomiendo.

Good overall but read.
It was a good hotel overall, conditions were not the best, elevator bit dodgy but works, room was massive and full of space. Bathroom door for shower was broken on one side, not fully functional but overall it was good. On top of a small shopping center, there is Poncho fast food open next door which doesn't accept card and a supermarket crossing road that does accept card. Macdonalds literally infront so good location.

Sehr nette Leute am Empfang mit gutem Englisch und kompetenter Beratung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und rel. ruhig, gute Klimatisierung - einzig das Zimmer war etwas klein.

Service ist toll. Das Zimmer war toll, allerdings hat ein Steckdose in der Nähe zum Bett gefehlt. Direkt gegenüber vom Balkon wird aktuell ein Haus gebaut, so dass es mit der Nachtruhe (auch am Sonntag) um 7 Uhr vorbei war. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Busline direkt ins Zentrum, ein 24h-Supermarkt und McDonalds gegenüber dem Hoteleingang. Insgesamt für den Preis ein tolles Hotel

Very nice staff. Breakfast is adequate. The hotel is clean. The hotelnis a bit difficult to locate as its reception is found on the send floor of a building, and it is 20-min away (by bus) from the city center. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Wonderful experience
English speaking reception was great! Helped me, provided full consultation, explained me how to go to places i wish, what to buy, how to economy etc. Rooms are cleaned everyday, bathroom is clean, towels are fresh, furniture is new and comfortable. Wonderful and comfortable transfer to and from airport, great driver who told me about main places to visit and provided help in airport and showed museum of aviation. Staying in this hotel is really wonderfull experience!

Lovely stay

Excellent staff, always polite and service minded. Perfect location, not in the city center which is good for calm evenings but yet close enough to get to center by 10 minutes in a cab. It's our third stay at this hotel and we are always pleased!

The best place i have ever stayed at!
Over my week long stay at Balkan Garni, I had the best experience. I felt right at home. The room was absolutely gorgeous and a bargain. And let's not even talk about the staff! Their customer service is beyond on point! From ordering you food, giving you great info as to how to get around, to bringing you breafast in your room when you miss it! They even had a little gift box for me as i was leaving, filled with my favorite vanilla croissant from breakfast, since I expressed how much I loved them many days before. This is how you run a hotel! Whenever i come back to Belgrade, expect to see me again Balkan Garni!

Ho soggiornato in.questo albergo. Ero un po titubante a prenotarlo a causa di qualche recensione e per il prezzo molto contenuto.ma ho seguito il mio istinto e non ho sbagliato. Non è facile da trovare la prima.volta dato che si trova in un edificio commerciale. Si trova facilmente parcheggio dietro.l'edificio. Devo dire che l'albergo salvo qualche piccola attenzione merita e lo.consiglio a tutti.famiglie.coppie e single. Al check.in sono stato ricevuto con attenzione.e con.un bel Welcome to our hotel! cosa che non sento.dire spesso anche in strutture superiori nella quale alloggio per il mio lavoro che mi porta a viaggiare in torno al pianeta. Lo stesso al check out persona.squisita e molto educata. Vicino alla struttura si può tranquillamente cenare, la struttura offre anche un servizio navetta gratuita per andare mangiare in un ristorante vicino tipico serbo. Di fronte ce un supermercato e a due passi un bellissimo parco da vedere. La stanza è ampia con.divanetto e bagno.grande molto pulito tutto. L'unica cosa e che la mia.stanza era un.po rumorosa dal fatto che dava sulla strada, ma va bene.così, tende un po più scure per evitare il filtrare della luce del mattino.non mi sarebbero.dispiaciute La.colazione normale forse potrebbe essere migliorata un po ma va bene. Il mio punteggio personale è 9, e ringrazio ancora una volta lo staff gentile educato e cortese. Ci tornerò presto ahimè sempre per.lavoro

More then I expected
For a 3 star review i thought this hotel was fantastic. Amazing staff made me feel welcome all the way from Canada! :) Very helpful with travel arrangements in taxis etc. Also very helpful when staff can you buzz you in at 3am when you come back late from having too much fun :) I plan on heading back to Belgrade this October/November and plan to use this Hotel again. I loved Belgrade feels like my true home there. Ps i stayed here May 2015 sorry for the late review!

We can recommend this hotel
We slept wery good in comfortable beds and whith aircondition in the room. The staf were wery serviceminded and helpfull. We used the transportation service from and to the airport and the driver picked us up at the right time and drove carefully. The only thing we were a little dissappointed whith, was the breakfast. For example, we missed signs that described the different dishes and there were not so much to choose from. However, it tasted well and the coffey was very good.

Ich verstehe nicht wieso dieses Hotel, so gute Bewertungen hat (evtl. Fakes?). Unser Zimmer war schmutzig, insbesondere die Dusche war unhygienisch und dreckig. Ich rate davon ab.

Excellent Hotel with great service
I was upgraded to a double room with a balcony which had a great view. The balcony was large with table and 4 chairs. The hotel which is located inside a mall is in a excellent location. There are trams and bus running right outside the hotel so you can go most places with public transport. The staff is excellent and they are very polite and always eager to help. The staff helped me sort out Taxi booking to sarajevo. There are plenty of shops so food and shopping is not problem. The breakfast had loads of local food stuff and was of good quality. The room and bathroom was large, modern and very clean. The wifi was excellent. Overall a very good hotel in belgrade.

Sauberes schönes Hotel in der Stadtmitte. Man hat etwas Parkprobleme. Der Eingang des Hotels ist schwer zu sehen. Das Hotel ist in einem Geschäftshaus. Unten sind viele verschiedene Geschäfte. Unter einem war ein Cafe immer zu laut.

Top notch service that goes extra
Being a family owned and managed hotel, the staff made me feel very welcome and warm during my winter vacation. The service is beyond commendable - a lot better than most hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast is always sumptous. The room is clean and well maintained. The staff made sure that every aspect of my stay is satisfactory, something that bigger hotels sadly lack nowadays. The location is easily accesible by bus/tram and with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. I will definitely be back in the summer.

the hotel and service was very good outweighing the rundown area which, overall, was not a problem as my family was shuttled between the airport and hotel

Flott betjening på et annerledes hotell
Utrolig hyggelig betjening! De visste ikke hva godt de kunne gjøre! Frokosten var ikke bra, vi valgte å spise den ute hver morgen. Litt merkelig beliggenhet på hotellet, men samtidig skøy å oppleve det litt annerledes!

Nice Hotel great location
First all Hotel staff are friendly and offer service with smile. Hotel offers breakfast and there are variety to choose from. Hotel location is little bit confusing at the beginning but once you get used to it is very easy. They offer laundry service but you have to pay when check out it is not part of the hotel. Overall hotel is located at perfect location anything you need is in walking distance.

A distance from the centre of Belgrade.
Good facilities and a good clean rooms although a bit distance from the centre of Belgrade. A good buffet breakfast is provided every and the staff are very obliging and helpful.

Good hotel far from city center
15 minutes to city center using public transportation. The hotel is located in a small shopping center. The entrance is at the 3rd floor - no elevator to the reception. Good room, , helpful staff, great breakfast.
