I wish the condition of the rooms and the outside areas were as fantastic as the staff. Piles and piles and piles of dog poop everywhere. There is a designated "Dog Area" with an empty poop bag station. It was awful, I could not take my dog in there without stepping in some other dogs poop. Same in all other common areas, on top of bushes, in the rocks, on the curb... Yuck, not a poop bag in sight. I used my own but it looked like no one else had in months! I was in a "Dog friendly" room, so had modified my expectations. But not as much as I should have. I wiped up some spilled water and the paper towel came back black. Tsk Tsk Tsk

I liked everything about the experience checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenally courteous professional and the facility was clean. It was accommodating and it smelt good. It looked clean, encouraged, pointing out all the amenities you know from the breakfast starting at 6:00 to coffee and cocoa and tea 24/7. You know provided me with a downstairs room which is always my preference being I'm working out of town just overall. I would give this a 20-star rating if it was possible. Great place to be and I will be telling everybody in the company. This is if we got to stay in town. This is where we're going to stay. I drove 15 mi to just see if it was better in the last place and it was a hundred times better. I'm so pleased

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I like to sleep on moderately firm bed and after many nights at a different motel on an extremely soft bed, I finally found a comfortable bed. Thanks Sugarloaf mt Motel

All staff people were friendly and helpful, especially Jason. Guests were friendly too. Hotel is fairly new with granite counter tops and nice furniture. Showers were nice and attractive, with good showerheads. Woodwork around front desk, office, and breakfast room were attractive. Breakfast was adequate. 24 hr coffee and tea were welcoming. Some keycard readers have batteries with depleted charge and need checked.

This was our last night of a two-week road trip. The desk clerks for morning and evening were very friendly. Our room was clean and we had a comfortable night. We had our two dogs with us. WE would stay again.

The tv in room had only limited stations. Bathroom had new tile but the rest of the room could have used updating/ refreshing. Up front staff really nice and welcoming. Breakfast room good but coffee not so good and rest of breakfast so so!

Needs updating and noisy air system. Thin walls and ceilings. Like the fact that you could cancel reservation. Really nice gals at the front desk. No cleaning between days there. Breakfast was pretty good considering all the other negatives.

Nice Motel and Great Breakfast
Nice motel with friendly staff. Room was very clean and self serve breakfast choices were amazing! Beds are a little firm, but mattress and bedding were in like new condition. Overall stay was good and price was affordable. We would stay again.

From the outside the property looks nice and well taken care of. However the cleanliness of the room was really lacking. When we arrived there was a used washcloth hanging on our shower rod which didn’t give me much hope. It was late so we shrugged it off and went to bed. The next day I hung the “please make up our room” sign on the door. Not because I need anyone to make my bed, but we really needed new towels. We returned to the room late to find no one had serviced our room and I had to go to the front desk and get towels myself. The desk staff were nice, the property was attractive and they had a well manicured yard with waste bags for the dogs however the beds were terrible the pillows were tiny and flat the rooms were dirty and the breakfast was terrible. Definitely will never stay there again.

Im Sorry that you had a bad stay with us. Upon check in time staff was supposed to inform you that we are NOT offering "Stay Over Service" at this time due to under staffed. And inform guest that you would need to come to the Front Desk for any type of service including Clean Towels. Thank You and have a nice day!

We loved this motel! Clean, convenient and near several shops and restaurants. Noisy due to some construction at the gas station in front and neighbors. But it wasn’t horrible. They had little things that make a difference: toothpaste, loads of storage, fridge, clean white towels and parking right in front of our room. Also the nice young lady who checked us in explained everything about the room and hotel to us on checkin. Negatives for me: bed was super hard & breakfast wasn’t great (biscuits were hard, egg slices were dry and flat).
