El tema ascensor era desesperante, te podrias esperar 10 min o mas para poder pillar uno de los solo 2 que hay para todo el hoter... alfinal por la deseesperación usabamos las escaleras, el bufet horrororo tambien, y el parking lleno y tener que aparcar en zona azul a 2-3 manzanas...muy poca variedad de comidas y se llenaba enseguida y tenías que hacer una cola inconmesurable para poder comer. por lo menos, la zona masajes y spa estan muy bien

limpieza de la habitacion muy bien y todos los dias.En el comedor mucha variedad pero el primer dia nos quitaron la botella de vino no se quien y fuimos al dia siguiente y nos la dieron por el medio que no lo habiamos bebido pero de lo demas muy bien.Bolberemos otro año

Hacía tres años que no iba. El spa fantástico. No me ha gustado que los horarios del comedor retiran toda la comida y apagan las luces sin transcurrir ni un minuto aunque haya gente en el comedor.Otra cosa que no nos ha gustado es que los cantantes que acruaban en ningún momento hablaban en castellano y resultaba muy aburrido El sistema de las perchas es malísimo se caían todo el rato. La comida buena.

Nuestra opinión.
En nuestra opinión y en la de unos muchos Españoles clientes con los que hablamos, todos pensamos lo mismo, se trata de que esta guiado para los ingleses en todo, y eso que Inglaterra es mi segundo país y lo visitamos todos los años, pero ellos el fin de año cenaron antes y los españoles cenamos mas tarde, nos sentimos como cuando separaban a blancos y negros, ya que para poder sentarnos, y poder bailar después de las uvas tuvimos que ir a otro hotel, o al dormitorio, el entretenimiento todo en ingles, y el que no entiende mala suerte, la noche de fin de año nos costo a mi marido y a mi x euros y al final no tuvimos ni una silla en el salón de baile, vergonzoso. Por que no para todos igual? y dejar que la gente se mezcle?, y luego no hay un salón donde puedas sentarte a leer o ver la tele por ejemplo, es la habitación o la calle, pero en la habitación no hay mas que una silla y no muy comoda , Quiero que quede claro que nos arruinaron la noche de fin de año por lo cual pagamos x euros. Love stay. Food was good very clean hotel only think which was a disappointed some staff not all staff were quiet rude with no customer service training at all ,, one lady front of desk,, no hello no smile , no can I help you ,, yet a gentleman on front desk was lovely

Good hotel great location but got there at 10-30 and check in was 3 got key room at 2-55 . This is February and hotel was no full so don’t no how couldn’t get in room

Nice hotel
Nice stay first time in this hotel . Room clean tidy comfy bed. Nice powerful shower . Good Tv selection nice balcony pool view . Food ok always found something to put you on for day. Only gripe would have the spa access to use the falictys 18 euros each for 2 hours stayed in better hotels where this has been free . But that’s the only downside to the hotel .

Hotel was nice. Food was good. The spa is great. My only issue was the sound from the hallway is not masked at all in the room it sounds like people from the hall are in your room with you. Soundproofed really well from outside

The hotel is lovely perfect location. Only problem I would say was the room temperature it’s either freezing or far to hot.

Great hotel, well situated to everything.
Well positioned and central to everything. Bars, entertainment, restaurants and sea front. very good hotel, friendly and helpful. Super clean with rooms of a very high standard. We had a room with pool view, recommended. very good choice of hotel entertainment. Food was great, something for everyone.

This hotel hold itself to a high standard.
Meticulously maintained inside and is a real credit to the management and staff. Ideal location in the middle of the entertainment area and one of the best venues just across the road. Good food, good prices for most drinks. Tastfully illuminated and decorated throughout. Check-in was very quick and easy. I would recommend a poolside room if possible, not much to look at on the other side! The aircon was very quiet throughout the night where others I've experienced can be quite noisy. There is nothing really negative to say other than my wife didnt really like her pillow. Highly recommended you wont be disappointed.

Best hotel in Benidorm
I have been to Benidorm many time the Ambassador hotel has been the best hotel by far I have stayed in Everything was top class, but if I had to pick the best thing it would be the food. We were half board and the food was fabulous with a great variety of dishes

Wouldn't visit again
We stayed here for st patricks weekend. We thought we would pay for for an up market hotel and enjoy the spa. However its completely the opposite. Positive: the location if you dont mind the noise from the party people till 6am. We did not travel with children, but a word of warning, its not suitable for children. The negative The room will not be ready for your 3pm checkin as myself plus many guests found out on arrival. We booked a double room and was given a room with 2 single beds bext to the busy stair well and lift. We highlighted we had booked a double an was told thats all thats available Bearing in mind the room was nearly 3 times the price of other hotels its not ideal. Then the rooms are freezing. The temperature is still only 8 to 11oc at night. There is only air conditioning, so the hotel ran out of blankets to give out. We froze most nights. The food is cold although there is a sign and a microwave to allow you to heat your own food up. The restaurant is chaotic and full of drunk people. The reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Early departure breakfast consists of 1 apple, 1 orange and 1 small cake, no drink. If you are booking this based on the spa pictures, just be aware its 18 euros for 1 and half hours to use the steam room etc. Which is alot considering the hotel is already expensive. Would i book again.... no Not worth it. Staff rude Beds dangerous on the slidy floors. Reatricted towels.
