Buena opción
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el personal muy amable, desayuno delicioso y parqueo seguro. Bastante ruidoso por estar en la orilla de la carretera pero en general buena opción.

We have stayed here several times and make it a point to make it to Benton. It is always clean and quiet. The front desk staff is so friendly and kind. I love the quaint lobby decor. The shower and towels are better than big chain pricey hotels.

I did not feel safe that my room opened up to the outside parking lot. I like rooms with interior doors. Very noisy. No door jam placed under door so there was a 1/2 space any bug or mouse could squeeze under. Staff was friendly.

It is a very safe area, but I understand liking the inside rooms. Thank you for staying and letting me know about the door jam.

This properly hasn't been changed since the 70's. The bathroom tub was nasty. The tub had taken 1 hour to drain from my shower. There was leftover filth in it. There was leftover hair on the toilet and floor. There was mold all over the toilet and ceiling. The beds are hard and worn out. The couches had nasty leftovers on them. You know things can be worn out, but when you don't clean. That's just nasty.

I'm sorry that you had a bad stay, this is not how we run this Best Western. I will address all the issues with the head housekeeper.

My toilet was stopped up but the staff that came to fix the problem was great, timely & pleasant. Hotel could stand for some remodeling & update with decor. It felt old & dingy!

Motel is on the highway and noisy. Luckily we had a sound machine so we did ok. Outside entry hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff

Really good for the price
Hotel was very nice. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower is great. Great Chanel selections. The TV had a strange look to the screen but I’m not sure why almost like a weird 3r look. It was a great hotel for the price. Breakfast is not very good. Everything was cold, we ended up eating breakfast out every day. Diner next door is really good.

Good for small overnight stay
Nice front desk staff. Helpful. Fresh hot beverages. I didn't stay long, just a quick overnight visit, but for a relatively small town, it's fairly good.
