El hotel está bien en cuanto a ubicación e instalaciones , el problema es que sus camas y sobre todo las sabanas son de la peor calidad, pedí las cambiaran en tres ocasiones y nada mejoró.

Habitación muy moderna, limpia y cama súper cómoda. Instalaciones geniales y la zona muy cercana al centro y lugares de interés. Zona muy tranquila, pero con restaurantes y sitios de tomar algo en los alrededores. Centro comercial en frente con mucha variedad de tiendas.

Perfect stay
We enjoyed every detail about our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Berlin. We chose the hotel for its central location which was worked out perfectly for our daily explorations of the city. From this hotel you can reach just about every neighborhood in Berlin by foot. We also recommend renting bikes which is a great way to see the city. While the location was a major factor to our stay, we fell in love with the hotel also for the designs and detail around the hotel (in the common area and inside the room) were thoughtful, beautiful and functional. Special thanks to our wonderful Concierge Swen for his recommendations, tips and assistance with our needs. Two thumbs up and we will be back

Not impressed, 5 star it is not. Two days and no room service. Having full days and then come home to a room the way it was left in the morning, not so impressive. Breakfast, ordered 2 fried eggs, reminded waiter after 15 min. After 30 min I left, and without eggs being served.

Good clean hotel in great location with a very comfortable bed. Only downside was the quite relaxing spa was always really busy and full of children so hardly relaxing and sometimes impossible to use.
