Todo perfecto, excepto el check in, que habia que hacerlo en una maquin y no reconocia mi reserva, tuvimos que llamar por telefono para que nos lo solucionaran

Muy bueno el hotel. Comfortable y limpio. Un poco afastado del centro pero hay una parada de bus muy cerca y la linea te lleva a la estacion central en 10/15 minutos. No me gustó mucho que el AC central estaba apegado.. no hacia mucho calor pero tampoco estabamos en inviierno.

Allez bestens, sehr hilfreiches Personal. Nur schlechte Zimmerisolation, ABER das hing daran, dass ne en uns eine Gruppe Italiener ständig gefeiert haven und sogar den Feueralarm ausgelöst haben

Guter Service. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Einziger Negativpunkt: sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Ich habe es gemeldet und es ist sofort jemand mit Duftspray gekommen.

Highly recommended comfortable stay in Bern
Los Lorentes is a great place to stay in Bern! It was amazing to have a kitchenette and an ALDI next door. Also the bus stop is very close so even though its not in the centre of town, its very easy to get there by a regular bus. The facilities were all great and staff nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The underground parking was very ckean and spacious. The area around the hotel lacked any appeal at all. Our roo. overloooked a graffiti laden skate park and a highway.

Nous avons purement et simplement pas dormis la dernière nuit en raison d'odeurs de nourritures dans la chambre persistante ... Autre raison aussi quand même c'est que l'établissement ne change pas vos draps que ce soit à l'arrivée ou pendant votre séjour donc écoeurants. Moins grave mais pas agréable vous avez vue sur zone industrielle rien à voir avec les photos de présentations.

Modern, clean, cozy and welcoming hotel
Managed efficiently by a very lean team with self check-in kiosk, despite that staffs were available when needed. It is more of serviced apartment than hotel, love the mattress, large bathroom and complete kitchenette for light cooking. The only downside is its location being 10 mins bus ride from city center + 5 mins walk from bus stop with lots of luggages, nothing else.

Nur der Check In war doof
Tolle Betten und Bettwäsche, sehr sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen (wenn man nicht ein Zimmer direkt vorm Skaterpark bekommt), in 15 min in der Innenstadt. Aldi vor der Tür. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Self Check In. Zu kompliziert !

Very nice accommodation. Large rooms with good sound insulation. Rooms were cleaned daily. Kitchenette was well equipped. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Although a little bit outside the city, bus 101 is only 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Bus 101 comes regularly and takes 10 minutes to get to the city. The accommodation emails the Bern Ticket to us 2 days before our arrival date with instructions to activate the tickets. We would stay again.

This property was a very pleasant surprise as we had to book last minute. It was very modern with a nice cooking area. I would say the only thing that would have been helpful was to have directions for some of the things that were in the unit. Overall though, very nice and we would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

This is an amazing apartment hotel and Bern is a wonderful city to visit with picturesque views. The apartments are clean and modern and have easy to use washing machines on the lower level. The apartments are located a two minute walk from a bus stop that gets you into the centre of Bern in ten minutes. Due to the Bern ticket, which is activated by the apartment as soon as you arrive, all of your travel - bus and tram - is free for the duration of your visit. One of the best cities I have ever visited and I am planning to go back as soon as I can.

Les rideaux sentaient la fumée. L’odeur n’était pas forte mais peristante. L’alarme incendie slest declenchée à 6:30 durant 3 -4 minutes.

Clean, beds comfortable, shower nice. The skateboard park is literally outside the window and a highway ramp next to it. Not loud per se, just covered in graffiti and unattractive particularly to Americans. Very odd check in on touch screen. It worked, overall satisfied.
