Booked last minute day of and was perfect. Big comfy bed, microwave and mini fridge. Would recommend! Rooms were a little outdated but overall nice spot

The bathroom could use an update as far as towels and soap - I don't need most expensive, but one level higher,especially the soaps and shampoos.

Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful staff!
Breakfast offerings were average, but every other aspect of our stay was truly enjoyable.
Delighted with proximity to ski base/lifts.

Right now, we are doing housekeeping services every 3rd day, but we are more than happy to service upon request between then. Sorry to hear you had an average stay with us. Staff was great, elevator did not work at all while I was there and I was on second floor. Free breakfast was poor hotel fare. Towels were stiff & uncomfortable. Also, it is not the easiest walk to the base of the resort. You have to walk in the road next to traffic.

Great hotel for close access to Big Sky including a shuttle and complimentary breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the walls were very thin and noise from other rooms made it hard to relax and sleep.

Pricey for average hotel but guess priced for location. Only issue I had was getting chemical dermatitis and hair bleached by chemicals in outdoor spa. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For a two minute walk and much less expensive than the Huntley, The Lodge remains a clean, safe, reliable property. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are few bells and whistles, but the hot tubs are a welcome sight after a day of skiing. The property shuttle gets you to the base of the village, a short walk from the lifts. We were glad we returned again this year.

note that the bar they advertise was closed every single day I was there (4 nights over new years). very disappointing as that was part of the appeal to relax and play some board games after skiing. they suggested I could grab a beer from their fridge or they could make a drink. not sure thats as advertised.

Avoid! Horrible experience, the managers treat their staff like junk in front of their patrons, the heater doesn’t work in their bus and the paint was peeling on the walls in our room. Due to the location they should get 125 a night during ski season and half that in the off season. This is a low grade operation.

We are a small team that we like to treat as family. I see that you stayed back in 2022, so the issue with your room may have already been fixed. As for your concern with the shuttle's heat. We intentionally leave the heat off as all the passengers that ride the shuttle are in full ski gear on their way to and from the slopes. I'm sorry to hear your stay wasn't up to standard. The Lodge at Big Sky was surprisingly beautiful and comfortable. It is a new construction with views overlooking the mountain. Front desk concierge person, Jacob was very nice and took care of our check in right away. We even extended our stay with another day.
The Big Sky Resort is beautiful, new and resourceful.

I had a very short stay at the hotel, but it appeared the hotel was very well maintained. It would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board.

They had no amenities, charge $10 a load of laundry, then charged me $250 after we left for a clogged toilet that we notified them of. Staff had trouble communicating, and managers routinely dodged phone calls but charged my card extra just fine. Very poorly run business and outdated lodge.

We were later arriving at the hotel and it took three rooms to get the room we actually reserved. Then we were told for the inconvenience we were given an upgrade. We didn't. We were given the room we had actually reserved.
