The day of our reservation all the streets to the hotel were blocked and we had to park a few blocks away. When we got to the lobby at 4:30 it was mobbed and people were just waiting for their rooms. We were told we would have to wait and they would not give us any time estimate. There was a concert a lot of people were attending at the nearby convention center and people were changing and getting ready in the lobby bathroom. We didn’t get a room u til 6pm. It was extremely stressful. Also, there was no service recovery. You would think they would offer bottles of water or something. I won’t go back to this property knowing they can’t handle a large event.

This hotel is wasn’t nearly as nice as other Westin hotels I’ve stayed at. There was nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t go the extra mile and the staff seemed annoyed to be there.

The beds were comfortable. You have to pay for parking. The walls were incredibly dusty in the room and there were stains on the comforter. The room phone would not stop beeping. And the room did not have a microwave.

Hotel was very nice and convenient. Valet was amazingly nice and helpful. Only complaints I had were the water pressure in the room was very poor and there was warped wallpaper on the walls like maybe something had leaked and that was not replaced. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

Unbeknownst to us till it was too late and looking back it makes me wonder it it was even cleaned. Toilet was stopped up. We noticed that all tissue was not going down completely but it was flushing. We discovered the depths of the problem when we made it back to the hotel around 10 pm Saturday night. Leaving Sunday morning do we did not call anyone, no point to at that time. All the water eventually drained out. Tissue went in the trash. No we did not report it as it was already like that when we got there Friday night and I was passed by that time with what I paid for two rooms plus I got charged twice for both nights on parking.

Hotel needs a facelift
The hotel was nice and clean but the furniture was very rundown and outdated. Our safe nor phone did not work in our room. Our safe was repaired but they never even sent anyone to fix the phone.

The first room we had reserved smelt terrible. Old musky smell, even smelt like someone may have smoked in there, there was scuffs on furnitures, water stains from cups on tables underneath the glass topper, the wall had a very noticeable water stain from what it looked like a wet roof. (Picture included) I wanted to also have the insurance incase I would get billed for smoking or damages that were already existed, when we had nothing to do with it. I went down the fronts desk and asked for another room, that was granted. New room smelt a bit better. But definitely still something there. It was as if the air filters haven’t been changed, or they were using a bad vacuum that was just spreading the stink on the carpet. The bathroom had none of our family’s hair in the shower curtain, and it wasn’t until getting ready for bed we lifted the 2nd bedsheet to find dried blood spots. Scuffs and water stains from cups on tables and furniture was still in this new room. Ice machine/dispenser on our floor also not turned on or working? The oddest part was when I was at the lobby waiting to get new card scanned, someone had walked into our old room that my husband and 3kids were waiting for my return. Noticed there were people in room still-turned and walked away. Very odd. I was still in transit trying to get to the room when my husband called me to tell me. We quickly went to the new floor and new room.

My room (515) smelled terribly like mildew. The bathroom was not clean, particularly the shower. The bedding was not clean. The common facilities (lobby, gym) were very nice, but the guest room was not up to expectations.

This hotel was not worth the price one bit. Our room was very dirty. The bed sheets were stained and just thrown on the bed. The bed wasn’t properly made and we could see the inside of the mattress. So gross. Save your money.

I stayed for 3 nights. My bed wasn’t made a single time. The shower drain was blocked so water accumulated in the bathtub while showering. The pipe to the shower head had holes and was leaking. There was no vanity kit. For roughly $400 per night I was expecting much better. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointing service and restaurant
Front desk was easy and friendly. The room was just OK, nothing outstanding. The bathroom shower was set to handheld sprayer that was directed into the face of anyone turning on the shower and the directly out of the enclosure soaking floor, towels and clothes. Shampoo and conditioner were not refilled since the last guest and almost empty. We called for fresh towels as the others got wet from the shower. Over an hour with no response. Went to the front desk in person and requested towels and removal of the wet towels. Fresh towels were left outside the room but wet towels not removed. At check in we asked if a restaurant reservation was needed and we were told no. Went to the restaurant at 5:30 and was told of a 45 minute wait and that they didn't accept reservations for 2 people anyway. Person stayed lounging back in his chair the whole time, no friendliness or understanding this was an issue. Said kitchen was short of staff. This was opening night for the musical Hamilton - how could a James Beard award winning chef have empty tables and turn away guests staying at the (expensive) hotel? Overall very disappointed - not up to Westin Hotel usual standards. Certainly not worth the money paid.

Very convenient to the football stadium, area was very clean, restaurants were above average. Staff was pleasant and courteous. No hot water on the morning of departure, very disappointing and only offered an apology....

It was a decent room, seemed clean but nothing special. Staff was friendly but not overly helpful. Shower was kind of disappointing, especially for what they charge for the room. The body wash bottle was completely empty and the shower head pressure was about like a drinking fountain. It was a handheld shower head also, so when you had it on the pole it was very awkward and hard to adjust. No microwave and the barest few amenities like soap and such. There was a regular banging noise coming from the room above, which may have been some kind of work room. Thankfully, it mostly stopped during sleeping hours but not entirely. No coffee or any niceties in the lobby. I think they mostly charge for location at this hotel and that it's new.
