Our stay was good - we liked our room and it was very clean. However, the woman who checked us in was not the most ambitious or friendly. She just stared at me when I went to check in and it should have been pretty obvious I was there to check in and if she was unsure, ASK. The elevator at this hotel is in need of some work and does not stop closing even if something is in the way. My 2-year-old stuck his hand in the door and it started closing on it. We got it out and he is okay, but he was screaming and crying and it was very scary. The same lady from the front desk again just looked at us. She never said anything or asked if he was okay or if we needed anything. I won't forget that.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Area is quiet and there are dining options that are just across the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Well worth the money
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Bed was not so comfy, but everything else was great!

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn at Black River Falls. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We asked for extra sheets for the pull out bed and got them right away. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool.
