To start off, you did not have to use your key card to enter the "secure" building. Then we could not get the room door to open.I should have taken that as a hint and just turned around and got my money back but we were on a time limit. Went in planning on taking a shower and getting ready enjoy our event. Went in to use the restroom and low and behold a turd was floating in the toilet. Ggrrr,flushed the toilet to do my business. Looked over at the bath tub and it looked really bad. I was going to take a shower before going to the concert but the bottom of the tub was so filthy I just took a perfume bath. On top it all the toilet was filthy, like it had not seen a toilet brush in 6 months or longer. Was supposed to be a smoking room but no ashtray.

We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered while a guest at this particular hotel. It appears that you were accidentally checked into a room that had not been fully serviced by Housekeeping. We do have a manager on duty 24 hours per day seven days per week and 365 days per year and would have happily switched you to a room that had been serviced by Housekeeping. Everything should be perfect upon check-in, but should we find something that is not your liking please bring it to the attention of our manager on duty and and we will make sure it’s right during your stay. Again, we apologize and will be reaching out to you for compensation.

Amazing staff extremely helpful and catered to our needs. The room was fantastic and the bed was absolutely the best stayed at one of the mariott hotels in enid the beds were fluffy looking but alammed to the box/base boards stiff hard to sleep. Here though the bed was soft comfy and cozy. That along with the friendly and helpful staff made the stay that much more cozy would recommend to anyone and ill be staying again.

Thank you for choosing our hotel and leaving a review for fellow travelers. We have many long term guests as we have a contract with the wind turbine maintenance contractor. The guys sometimes like to cook things in their rooms and the smell can be not pleasant so the manager does occasionally light some incense in the evenings. It it’s unpleasant, simply ask the manager in duty to put them out. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Dirty room, had to switch rooms. Tub and sink old and cracked. Noisy all night. Checkin guy was high and confused.Terrible, will not go back!!

It's a little older super 8 needs a little tlc on the furniture. But the beds are nice. Anything you need there right on it.

Front desk lady, and maintenance were really nice, however, the smell of weed upon entering the lobby was not pleasant, especially bringing kids There was also a group of men sitting right ouside the front door speaking very loudly and laughing

It was really gross. One of the beds had been slept in and I had to go get a different set of sheets from the front desk. All the linens were very thin, worn, had holes, and were very stained. The carpets were filthy and there was blood on the carpet and on the dresser. We kept our shoes on the whole time. My daughter was so nervous about the other people staying there that we placed all our luggage in front of the door to block it. There was an overpoweringly heavy odor of marijuana in the whole facility. We stayed only 1 of 3 nights. We weren't even there for 10 hrs. When I requested a refund for at least one of the remaining nights, I was told that they "don't do that". I told him that the smell of marijuana was pretty heavy and he said "what are you going to do? Go tell them not to smoke?". I strongly recommend NOT using this hotel.

When entering we waited for the front desk personnel to assist us. Told them we had a reservation, her response was “ you do?” That should’ve been the first hunt to run. We were given our room keys and told if they don’t work use both of them at once. She offered to go up with us cause she wanted to go back to bed. There is no elevator for this 3 floor motel. The room had a stale, smoky smell. Sheets were old and thin and mattress pads were FIlTHY. Carpets were also filthy. Shower faucet was coming away from the wall. The towels were very old and stained. We slept in our clothes. We stayed because reviews were very good. I think employees post them. Also the “breakfast” consisted of spoiled orange juice, half gallon of milk, coffee and cereal. This place is a sad. Run down place. Never again.

First of all record, we are a 24 hotel Lot 3, and typically hotels with two floors do not have elevators. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a night this is not a bad option. My room was musty smelling though. Older hotel but they have worked to make it appealing. Small town vibe. Back entry door never locked to building.

Our prepaid Expedia room had 2 queen beds listed and we arrive being told it’s a sold out night (local baseball team in town), check in (we got in late so we were the last check in of the day I’m sure), head up to the room and it only has one queen bed and a VERY noisy AC unit. They had to bring a rollaway bed in that had dog food pellets in it when opened. The room itself wasn’t totally awful. Bedding needs updated, the fridge doesn’t work, and again the AC was so loud! Was able to take a nice cold shower to cool off and the towels were clean at least. Just, not great.

This was a last-minute check-in and the lady at the front desk was very warm, kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value for a good nights rest
Great value for a place to sleep. Checked in late and lady was very nice. Parking is good quiet area and room enough for pick up and trailer. Older type furnishings. Good bed clean room and bedding. Restaurant next door for breakfast. Better than rooms I paid $100 for last week in Oregon. !!!

We walked thru your room with our pest control company and could not find any signs of pests as they guarantee us 100% pest free rooms. We are sorry you experienced this during your stay. The room you used was shut down for a full treatment and we will be reaching out to you to arrange a refund as your stay did not meet our high standards. In the future, we do have a manager on duty 24 hours per day and although everything should be perfect for your check in, mistakes happen and that is why we have a manager there .. to make it right DURING your stay.

Medical use of cannabis is legal in Oklahoma and we do have 2 rooms reserved so that guests who have prescriptions can attend to those medical needs. We try very hard to make sure it doesn’t impact our other guests and will try harder to achieve a good balance so that all of our guests can enjoy their stay equally.

We just finished a complete remodel of our restaurant but have plans to also refresh the exterior, add new flower beds and curb appeal, new parking design and brand new lobby and guest reception/lobby. The lamps and lights don’t work. 2 lights in the whole room work. No outlets work.found a glasses case that had drug remnants in it under bed. Best thing about the whole stay was that it had hot water.

Thank you very much for choosing our hotel and taking the time to review your stay. I am happy that we delivered on your expectations. I am happy to report that we passed our final final inspection on the new restaurant and bar and are serving both the continental free breakfast, full breakfast buffet and all menu items. We apologize for the brief temporary time that breakfast could not be served in the lobby, due to local restrictions, but we would be happy to treat you to a full complementary breakfast buffet next time you’re through the area.

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to review your stay experience. We are renovating our adjacent restaurant, which should open in a matter of days, and our health department permit to serve the complementary continental breakfast at the hotel has expired. They will not issue a new one, since we will be serving our guest free breakfast in the restaurant when it opens any day. This should have been explain to you at check in and I am sorry that it was not. On your next day please allow us to treat you to a complimentary, full breakfast buffet, and a drink of your choice.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Clean room. I’m not sure what “newly renovated” means to the owners, but it wasn’t. Sink had no plug and it was extremely difficult to fully shut the water off. I’ve never stayed at a renovated hotel with no bedside access to outlets to charge your phone. Not a hotel I’ll return to.

We do have a manager on duty 24 hours per day and please always bring any items that are not to your satisfaction to the attention of this manager on duty. Things should have been perfect for your check in but in this case .. it was not and we do apologize. We have corrected the sink deficiencies. There is an electrical outlet at the bedside tables and the bedside table in between the beds as this is where the alarm clock sits and is plugged in.While we regret your less than satisfactory stay, we ask for another opportunity to make this right and prove why we were just voted by Kay County and Blackwell residents as "The Best of Kay County - Hotel Category" and we apologize for that we did not meet that standard on your previous stay.

Property run down. Disappointed as there was no breakfast included. Owners were very nice but they are opening up a restaurant next door which took away their food licence at the hotel so no breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

The lady was very friendly. They use Roku stickes for T.V. No breakfast was served.

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for your constructive review of your stay! Happy that our staff was friendly and helpful, this is our goal each and every guest stay every day. We do indeed use Roku with Hulu Plus to give our guests access to over 250 free cable channels including all ESPN’s including ESPN Plus. In addition all HBO’s, Paramount TV, Apple TV and full free streaming if preferred on Hulu Plus. The complimentary breakfast is being transitioned to our restaurant which is nearly completed with a full renovation with the addition of a full service bar. In the brief meantime we offer coffee, juice. Apologies you caught us in a brief period of transition. Please allow us to treat you to our full southern breakfast buffet on your next visit. I will send a voucher to your email for this complimentary compensation. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
