I was in an building that was kind of "off-site" from the lobby/main building - located behind what looked liked an out-of-business commercial building. A bit weird but not bad except if I needed anything I had to go to the main building (and you could try to access the neighbor's wi-fi network "gang shiX" (I substituted the "X" - really, but if that was the only internet issue it would be great, see below.) The MAIN AND BIGGEST ISSUE - WI-FI WAS ALL BUT NON-EXISTENT!!! Their menu of possible wi-fi "stations" as over a dozen....and NONE worked even with the password (staff helped once and that lasted for part of one night). Here is the thing: Overall, the hotel is very good for its price despite the weird "ghetto" building (private though) - and some people travel to get away from technology ties to community, however MANY want and/or require internet access. For me - it was for my job and family. I would only return to this hotel (and I would) if it gets reliable internet access for guests. It is 2024....I am surprised I have to point out this issue.

sorry for inconvenience for internet front desk help you after the internet was working but midnight heavy heavy windy this area tv and internet is wireless and it goes in and out first night you complained after two days you checked out between you never complained....mg

Room very spacious. Bathroom sink countertop needs to be bigger for all the personal hygiene items. The channels were limited or did not get as advertised. The bed had bed bugs. They gave me another room but didn't refund my room. The other room windows leaked onto the carpet. Not noticeable unless walking in that area of the room. Also, the coffee pot was broken. I would give them a better rating if the staff was more attentive to conditions of rooms.

The place was a dump. The room they tried to give us had old tires piled up by it. We didn’t even stay and lost all our money. Shame that it was even on hotels.com. Truly a pig sty. Makes me reconsider using this website again.

Never again
Let’s just say I spend about 25 nights a year in hotels. This might be the lowest of them all. The condition of the property is horrible. The finish work is nonexistent. The only thing I can say good about it is the linens and towels and basic living area was clean. If ownership or management reads this, please take this as a sign that you need to go through each and every unit and finish it. Also, the exterior is horrible. Also, if you don’t like to hear footsteps of people walking above your head, do not stay on the ground floor.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Just don't get the room next to the office, Thier bell when they open the door will wake you up. Besides that, it was good.

guest looked at room said room is fine front desk charges credit card 79.00 plus 4.00 credit card charge guest not happy for 4.00 charge. guest pay only 79.00 , 4.00 charge inform booking page and guest receive message. guest argued with front desk she already paid expedia.com front desk give the paper from hotel.com that says hotel collect payment information....mg

Exposed electrical wiring running up the interior wall without conduit! The wire went through a short divider wall and ran to the back of the TV hanging freely. Broken coffee maker. No ice anywhere on premise. Wow!!!

This place is old and scruffy. Cheap, but not that cheap. And who charges extra for using a credit card.

guest is not reed credit card charges policy and big letter sign on checking table 4 charges. but front desk give the option if you pay cash save any extra charges. guest checking time front desk give you offer check room after pay if any problems management never charges your credit card, last 8 month guest review average 8 out of 10.... jd.. owner
