Pues en General, se acomodo a lo que necesitabamos, pero desafortunadamente quisimos hacer un traslado con ustedes mismos a un hotel de su cadena en la ciudad de Hollywood-California,en las mismas fechas de estadía; pero nos lo negaron, y quisieron que hicieramos otra reserva, pagaramos nuevamente la estadía y ustedes revisarían si nos podían hacer el reembolso por las noches no utilizadas. Quedaron de enviarnos un correo a las 72 horas de haber hecho la solicitud, nosotros ya regresamos a nuestro origen desde hace 9 días y no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta ni buena ni mala.

La ubicacion del Hotel es mala esta junto a la Aut
La ubicación del Hotel no me gusto, esta junto a la Autopista I95 , existe mucho ruido y no se puede descansar. el desayuno incluido es limitado, no se aceptable para lo que debe brindar un hotel de la cadena Marriot. La habitación de un hotel de esa categoría debe tener una caja de seguridad para el huésped.

Un poco ruidoso por estar al frente de la I95 y la TV no entraba bien la señal. Pero el resto estuvo muy bueno el hotel, el desayuno y el servicio. Muy recomendable

Yo fue por una sola noche con mi esposa y esta muy bueno, la atención de los trabajadores muy amables, la limpieza buena, lo único k deben mejorar es sobre el aseo pk me pusieron unos cleaner usados, o sea deben de poner nuevos, la piscina limpia y el destino muy bueno, estoy muy contento lo recomiendo

Chose location based on proximity to local university where I had an event. This is a good location close to many things. However, the hotel itself is in need of help! Although the common areas (lobby and sitting areas) were tidy, the floors/rooms were not in the best repair. Room one had a terrible heavy musty smell and I found it odd there was a dehumidifier unit in the room. Thought it’d be tolerable but changed my mind when also I pulled back covers to go to bed and found several long black hairs and a live bug crawling under my sheets. The lobby attendant did a great job re-rooming me and helping after I forgot some things in the previous room (thank you Lynda!). Room 2 was much fresher but it too had a dehumidifier that intermittently ran all night. Pros: helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed once re-roomed, spacious. Cons: run down, not as clean as expected, basic room features not up to standards (bug/hair in bed, mini fridge did not cool), noisy dehumidification units in rooms (what’s up with this?!?!). Overall would not recommend, especially as there are many hotels in the area to choose from.

Booked a suite, there were 2 TV's, one TV stopped working the first night. Called front desk for repair, they didn't call to come fix the TV until 7pm the following night. Hotel is not super fancy, old and could use remodeling.

Very close to FAU. I was here visiting for my daughters orientation. The hotel is very close with plenty to do and restaurants within close proximity to the grounds.
