The property was good, well located, but the staff, despite being friendly, didn’t speak a lot of English, so communicating was a challenge throughout my stay. I was not impressed with the food, quite bland and most of the items didn’t have labels in English, so many times I didn’t know what I was eating. I also had an issue with the Wi-Fi connection, 3 days in, it stopped working and despite complaining, there was not a satisfactory solution for it. In fact, there was no solution at all, I was told the problem was my phone, but it worked anywhere else, except there. Also, the night before checking out, I was packing and when trying to open the safe to retrieve my passport, the safe didn’t work. I called the reception and it took them almost an hour and 2 phone calls for them to send someone to help. It turned out, the battery on the safe died, but I feel some details about the room/hotel were not cared for properly.
