Respecto a los ascensores, disponemos de 3 para los clientes, y cadauno con una capacidad de 14 pax por un maximo de 1.050 Kg. Sentimos en este caso que le hayan parecido pocos. Lamentamos enormemente que la receptiòn no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas y quieremos evitar que este tipo de situaciones vuelvan a ocurrir. Dear Paul,Thank you for sharing your review of our Starhotels Excelsior.We are glad to hear you overall enjoyed your stay at Starhotels Excelsior and we would like to apologies if you had trouble with the temperature in the room.We experienced a really strange April, especially in the second half of the month, with external temperatures going up and down even during the same day and this caused few difficulties in setting up the room temperatures, also because in the same period there were guests reporting they were feeling cold in the room. During winter time only the heating system is turned on and it is possible to regulate the room temperature through the thermostat in the room or by switching the fan completely off. From the day before yesterday night the A/C is on.I do hope we may look forward to welcoming you back to Starhotels Excelsior on many more occasions in the future.With all good wishes,
