Viejo, colchón en mal estado y muy caro
Huele mal, colchón deforme, se escucha la tubería de los cuartos al rededor. El aire acondicionado es viejo y huele. No tiene caja fuerte, el desayuno es muy malo(aún que el café estaba sabroso) por 220 usd la noche no vale la pena Elevador muy muy lento

La propiedad en sí es acogedora y goza de buena limpieza,mi inquietud radica en que no tienes acceso a los diferentes espacios del hotel pasado las 8,por ejemplo el area de la piscina se cierra Justo a esa hora,sin siquiera poder sentarte a disfruta de la hermosa vista al lago,además de la pésima aptitud del Sr.Warran,quien mantuvo una muy mala aptitud con todos los del grupo que fuimos durante los días de la estancia,al extremo de llamar a la policía sin razón,creo que este señor no simpatiza con los latinos.Mis amigos y yo no recomendamos este hotel en particular para futuras reservas.

As explained to you and your party, the cops received a noise complain as you and your party were in the parking lot speaking loudly with open drinks and cooler and disturbing other paying guests like yourself in the hotel. Your opinion and satisfaction are very important to us, and we are very sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. We’ll continually try to do our very best for all our guests.

La habitación tenía vista al lago, camas muy cómodas, el desayuno complementario estuvo variado tipo buffet excelente. La habitación estaba limpia y amplia. Recomiendo este hotel.

Cerca de Mel´s Diner, una muy agradable sorpresa en el vecindario, así como el hotel super bien cuidado y la habitaión muy comoda. El único detalle que cambiaría serian las almohadas, muy pequeñas unicamente, el resto todo muy bien.

El hotel esta bien y muy bien ubicado, el personal amable. Las habitaciones estan limpias es una buena opcion, lo unico que les recomendaria es el cambio de las almohadas fueron terribles muy duras, pero de resto el hotel esta bien.

El lugar en donde se encuentra el hotel muy bueno, pero el hotel está en malas condiciones no coincide con las fotos y las evaluaciones, es bastante antiguo, no está muy limpio. El personal muy cordial y presto a cualquier requerimiento, como para un apuro o una noche nada más!

Bien el edificio. Servicio limitado
Debido al COVID no limpiaban la habitación ni retiraban la basura. La misma era dejada por los huéspedes en los pasillos El desayuno era para llevar y bastante pobre
