“From the thoughtful inclusion of a mini bottle of bubbly and snacks, to the little treats for the drive home, the hosts went above and beyond our expectations. “We had a great stay at this cottage on the river. We enjoyed the large kitchen and were able to cook an entire thanksgiving dinner for the five us there. We enjoyed walks down to the beach, sitting on the dock in the sun, and hiking in the nearby trails. “As my star ratings show. The location a building were great. My issue came with the owner and his no registered guest rule. Fair warning to anyone who rents this property, if you have people visit who aren’t registered, you will be charged a significant amount. “We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. Our dog absolutely fell in love with the enclosed yard, choosing to spend much of his getaway quietly watching the neighborhood. It is clear the hosts put love into this property. The space was inviting and decorated beautifully. We would love to come stay again!”
