El Hotel y la habitación fueron impecables. El único tema es que las camas queen son mas pequeñas que lo normal.

El servicio muy amable, Siempre atentos, la pandemia ha complicado muchas cosas, había locales cerrados, la limpieza al cuarto limitada, pero un gran servicio en frontdesk y rápido cuando pedíamos algo al cuarto. Muy bien el elevador, la iluminación, los cuartos. Gran ubicación, cerca de lugares importantes y de vías de comunicación Muy recomendable

Absolutely perfect spot! Only about a 12 minute drive from the Hynes Convention Center. Staff was excellent, super kind and efficient. Valet is 24 hour access and they are FAST with it!

The hotel rooms were ok, parking situation is horrible valet is a bit expensive. Not like The pictures of outside, construction everywhere, not a lot of shopping or dining options. Elevators are creeeky, bathtub was like a regular apartment complex tub with peeling paint. But The food was amazing

The rooms are comfortable. We had a club room which is nice because it’s high up and has a view and also gives access to free breakfast and other extras in the lounge. The staff in the lounge are very nice. The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming or helpful (except one on departure). Strangely two of them did not know about the lounge access for club rooms. I also couldn’t extend my stay at the same rate so I went to another hotel very close that had a lot more charm.
