Es un lugar muy bonito. Pequeño, pero bonito. Con lo necesario para una estancia placentera. El sofá es útil para dormir, pero no es lo ideal. La ubicación es estupenda. La propiedad q nos tocó estaba muy iluminada y con vista a la calle. Lo cual era muy conveniente, excepto por las noches, en las q caían a un bache q está justo enfrente camiones q hacían mucho ruido. Por lo demás es de verdad un gran lugar para estar en Boston.

Estuvo ok
La habitación está bien pero super pequeña, el baño ok, las paredes del baño estaban dañadas y no las habían reparado. Al pasillo del edificio le faltaba pintura ha que estaba muy a maltraer pero es un detalle La verdad dentro de todo estuvo ok pero nada sobresaliente ni destacable, solo ok.

This property was much different than your usual hotel, not a traditional hotel, but a collection of old brownstone row house style properties, each formerly a residence. I checked into the "hotel" at one address, then had to walk down the street and around the corner to the location where my room was. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday, so it wasn't an issue for me to walk there. I had no car to deal with, so I'm not sure if that's an issue, but finding parking on your own could be problematic. My room was a nice and clean room in an old residence. Everything was nice, but somewhat quaint. The TV had everything that you'd expect from a hotel TV, but there was no room phone; everything is done through your cel. phone. The room had a studio apartment style kitchen. This is a unique experience, that while different than your typical cookie cutter hotel experience. I'm not sure if it was well described on the website and I just missed it or if nothing was said about these idiosyncrasies. If I was coming to Boston for a historic vacation, this might be a fun addition to the trip. It did not impede my purposes as a business stop, though I believe most people on a business trip would have been unhappy upon their arrival, if they didn't know these details in advance. I had an enjoyable time, but if in town, in the future, on business, I'd choose a different, more typical hotel for my base.

Easy check-in process and accommodating as I was early (noon). Room was small, as expected, but very dated. Fine for a night or two but I wouldn’t stay here longer with very outdated appliances and furniture. Hands-off staff, which for me as someone who knows the area and was comfortable was great, but someone never to Boston might like more interaction. I felt high price for mediocre space, but Boston prices are high so maybe this is reasonable.

The units were nice. Great set up. Loved how we could sit at the table, drink coffee, and enjoy the sun. Kitchen had pans, utensils, etc. we would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent. Room size is best for single or maximum 2 guests. Having a kitchenette with good sized fridge was useful. The narrow stairs were difficult for those with large/heavy suitcases to carry. Amenities and facilities would benefit from some improvements. Parking is expensive ($35 a night).

The property, or rather properties (because they're scattered around the neighborhood) are comfortable, quiet, and convenient, quite walkable to nearly anyplace you'd want to see in Boston, as well as to T stations and the airport shuttle ($3) is just a ten minute walk down the South Corridor. But, the carpets are old and dirty, the furniture in the room is rickety, the blinds were broken, and the linens are old, rough, and worn out.

Copley House is a truly amazing little place that feels like home, not like a hotel. I had a pleasure to stay in a small studio on the second floor of one of the old style brick townhouses. The studio had hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. Two big windows allowed a view of a street in lively stylish neighborhood. Location is super convenient, within walking distance to many city’s attractions (including the finish line of Boston Marathon!). I definitely will book again when I plan my next visit to Boston.

I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking. The kitchenette is definitely a bonus for us since we can cook a lot of rice for carbo loading. The toilet is not big but enough for its purpose. Overall is very clean. There is no cleaning service in my 4 days stay but can ask for supplies of essentials like tissue paper, garbage bags, coffee, towel or bed sheets if needed. Please note the stove top is difficult to operate. You can ask the reception for a video which give clear steps to turn on the stove. The shower is also difficult to adjust the correct temperature, but after a few trials, problem was resolved. I like the efficient communication through WhatsApp and the response is usually within few minutes during operation hours (9 am - 9 pm). I arrived after 9 pm and I received very clear self checkin instructions. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I really liked staying at Copley House. I got a nice and friendly welcome at my arrival, the apartment was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was amazing (which was super important for me because I had to do an online meeting during my stay)
