Hi Jan -- We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. While our rooms are small, we do have the square footage listed for each room on our website -- So the size shouldn't be a surprise, nor should some street noise in the middle of a working city. We have a very powerful HVAC system, so any issue with temperature could have been resolved very easily and promptly if you had alerted us.
