We booked it a day before, came to the place, and it turned out there was no electricity in all place and there was a big malfunction not possible to be repaired this day so we were refused to stay. These things happen so I was ok with it and we went to another place and I’ve got the message from the Gweta lodge that they will ask Expedia to refund us as it was obviously their fault. “Falta mantenimiento. La tv no funcionaba, la bañera, la ducha tenía moho, los cristales sucios y de las almohadas ni hablamos. Personal antipático y sin ganas de ayudar. Necesita mantenimiento y una reforma urgente. Hay opciones mucho mejores.”

“River View is a small resort which offers sn all inclusive experience. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are cooked options for breakfast, a complimentary serve yourself lunch as dinner with two main options. On one of our nights we had a barbeque. They have their own arranged boat safari in the afternoon and early morning game drives. I would definitely recommend River View in Kasane.”

“The place falls apart the pool is rotting the Aircon TV fridge not working no kettle in room. Bar and dining non existence. Bathroom no plugs in drain. Mosquitoes eat you up as you have to open windows as AC not working! Sorry but what they advertise and what you get differs worlds apart. ”

“Very large property, very well maintained. Room was large and clean. A/C worked great. Selelo was our host; very kind and attentive. Assisted us with booking events. Accompanied us a a boat safari. Food was excellent. Game drivers: Lesh and Jinx went above and beyond to try to meet our every request. We were lucky enough to see nearly every type of animal in the park. Highly recommend this place. ”
